The N. Koreans are not be taken lightly... All this lets squash them like bugs talk is stupid. The North Koreans are not a faceless nameless cowards like the Middle East. If this does go down it will be a REALLY big deal. A lot of people died in the first Korean War. And who's to say that the war would stay over there? They have the power to bomb us and land boots on ground...

The N. Korea, China problem could be solved if we just have a little patience and control the bleeding hearts. There will be massive hunger in both countries in the next few years. The reason is genetically modified rice. They have been using it since the 70's and instead of producing more ricer more efficiently it is now growing these long whispy things that are next to impossible to harvest. In addition the idiots don't allow the fileds time to replenish, so the soil is depleted. In the north they tried growing natural rice again but becuase the soil has been contaminated by the genetically modified rice natural rice won't grow.
There was a great show on National Geographic saying they will be in a dire situation over the next few years.
What we need to do is withhold all food aid from them and starve them out, or in the case of china repay when we owe them in food, but we should charge them thousands of dollars for a bag of rice. Then once we have paidn them back and restored our good name then cut off all food.
Both countries are our enemies. They want what you and I have and there are limited resources in this world.
