"and threatened Monday to harm the U.S. if attacked"

They are not idiots, they know if they did, about 1,500 nuclear warheads would be headed in their direction, it's all just sabre rattling BS.

"A massive, pre-emptive, lightning strike against N. Korean missile sites, and against ALL N. Korean offensive military capability, is needed to cripple its ability to make war, or from continuing to threaten any of the world's nations or the world's people
Truespeak"

Oh fine, just what we need, another huge costly war, except this time we are on the verge of bankruptcy, our military and the equipment is all but dead and exhausted from 8 years of protracted BS in Iraq that costs $10 billion a month.

N Korea is shipping weapons and missiles to Myanmar as we speak, the very ship mentioned in UN sanctions is carrying the cargo, well now we will see just how relevent the UN is, I am guessing that nothing will be done and that will prove beyond any doubt the uselesness of the UN.

This is what happens when places like Iran get nuclear power.
_______

Yep, and what did GW do for the last 8 years? Invade Iraq and completely ignore Iran.

Well said...

Senator McCain, we don't need to board this ship at sea, we can simply wait until it docks for fuel, and the host nation where it docks can, by international law, board them for a safety inspection, that the U.S. can take part in, per the U.N.

Or did you know this and ignore it so you could, "rattle your saber"?

I'm going to question your stats in 2.

I can believe 60% total casualties are non-combat related. But, casualties are defined as not able to perform in the TO&E. That does not mean they are dead. Maybe the flu, or broken foot due to an accident, or other debilitating factors that happen day in and day out to all of us not in the service too.

Of those dying over in the Middle East, you can be certain that most are from hostile related actions. The second highest would be related to stress as witnessed in suicides, which will be listed as non-hostile. But even those are combat related.

If you don't believe me - go here, then click on any month under the title "Military Deaths By Year/Month" . You will then see names and reasons for deaths: http://icasualties.org/Iraq/index.aspx There is also a page for Afghanstan: http://icasualties.org/oef/

And all of a sudden the liberals aren't worried about open air nuclear testing.

Hey keep that CO2 down - but don't worry about a errant nuke or two that could hit us - nah...

I can't believe liberals exist if this is an example of their intelligence level. REpeat after me, "NUKES ARE BAD"
