Wrong again, as usual, its because the West Bankers want to sell and Israel wants to buy. You dont see any settlement expansion in Gaza. It's because the Gazans dont want to sell their land.

It's because Israel built a wall around Gaza turning it into the "world's largest prison", and they don't want to move those walls!!

What about the 850,000 Jews kicked out of their homes by Arabs ?
Posted by earth562 at 7:42 AM : Jun 15, 2009

They left voluntarily to go to Israel.

Unless of course you have a link or a news source to prove your point.

Please reference the UN resolution that made the West Bank part of Jordan. Document your personal outrage. Extra credit for the Gaza Strip annexation by Egypt.

That land never belonged to Palestinians, thats a fact and you have to accept it, there's never been a country called "Palestine".
Posted by ereHsdadhgaB-2009 at 7:44 AM : Jun 15, 2009

UN resolution 181 created a "two state solution".

One of those "states" was named "Israel" and the other was named "_________".

Please fill in the blank.

As far as the agitprop on this website is concerned, it's already obvious how the CBS blog is a forum for mob lawyers to advocate on behalf of their Near Eastern clients. There are people here who never met a warlord they didn't like.

You're obviously a zionist that puts "Israel" over human rights.

It's VERY WELL documented that Israel has been stealing the land. Why do you think that Netayahu STILL is refusing to quit expanding their settlements?

Because it's STILL going on to this very day!!

I'm a Zionist and you a Arabophile so whats your point ? You think by repeating the word Zionist its going to make the word bad ?

Your nothing more than a Arabophile !

Hungry, why is it hateful ingrates like you beleive Israel is not entitiled to exist and live in peace on the tiny strip of land they currently occupy? Anti-semites of your stature and the intollerance you support are the worste the civilized world has to offer.

They can exist.

But they CANNOT exist by STEALING land, homes, and other buildings.

If they BOUGHT the land, that would be one thing, but they're not.

Those poor PLO thugs haven't been able to keep-up with their killing-quota in recent years, leaving Hamas as the go-to guys for most CBS bloggers.

Doesn't matter how you slice the baloney, these still are police-states that will try to invade Israel. The only unresolved issue is whether or not their turf will remain separate. Just as the Muslims of India insisted on a religious definition of their separatism, fought a war to create Pakistan, and found themselves in another war that produced the states of Pakistan and Bangladesh, we will see the permanent division of Palestine into Palestine and Gaza.

But why don't the CBS bloggers reference the land-grab that brought Palestine into Jordan or Gaza into Egypt in the first place? Seems that our Arabophiles could answer that one.

You obviously failed at math there buddy especially considering that Jordan was part of the original mandate.

Pick whatever resolution you like but they were mostly made by the Arab oil lobby under threat to UN members over the years.

Your obviously a tool for the Arab lobby

Bottom line: Hamas to disarm, Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel, and the settlements to remain are all unacceptable to Hamas, so this thing is just an exercise of futile speech to appease the people outside the area.

You're a little confused, the Palestinian keep selling lands to Israel in West Bank and Israel dosnt need military to convince them. All Israel needs is some green currency called "US dollar".
Posted by ereHsdadhgaB-2009 at 7:34 AM : Jun 15, 2009

Selling?!?!?!

Try "BULLDOZING"!!!!!
