Are you seriously suggesting that Iraqis should be thankful for your invasion? Do you have any idea what conditions are like now?

Most Iraqis I know hate America and everything it stands for, but if you are an American they will never tell you so. Some of the Iraqis I used to know had some respect for America a few years ago, but those who are still alive certainly no longer do.

Nobody was complaining when American troops liberated several countries from oppression all over the world at one time or another.

I hope you people know that the men & women who have the guts to join up, read this stuff. When the get a little free time they like to see whats going on at home. They read you beating them down while they are getting killed for freedom or to just make the world a better place. You could type a word or two life them up. Forget what the morons in DC are doing we have real people out there putting there lives on the line. You can beat them down, but it will be the Marines who will come to your rescue when needed.

As a parent I will think of my son first.
If you don't want to be at war ( & I don't) then get on Obama case about it. Write letters/ email, I do.
Hearing of anyone getting hurt or killed is sad, but my son has a job to do. His boss is Obama. If you don't like it tell him. War is hell. Bad mouthing the men & women who don't get paid much is sicking. I say bring the draft back so people like you can eat your words.

Well Joe & I am from the US, my son is in the USMC & yes I pray for all to come to peace. I would like the whole mess to stop, but as my son is one of those Warriors , all in the Corps hold a special place in my heart. That doesn't mean that I don't also pray for the other branches of the US Military. Or for the innocents who have no fight in war.

It's odd that you didn't mention "the innocents" until you were prompted, and then you mentioned them last of all. Don't you think you should pray for them first? Especially as they are the most likely to be killed or maimed. Or do Americans always come first?
