You're an idiot... If they've been doing this for 30 years the couple has been doing their spying under more than Bush. 30 years of spying means they've been doing it since 1979 since Jimmy Carter, who was a Democrat.
Given an investigation of this magnitude doesn't happen overnight, my guess is they were being watched within the last eight years, meaning it was the Bush Administration that caught them. - Reply to this comment

Actually, it's not as bad as it sounds, compadre.
In fact, bets are on that the CIA knew more about this couple than Fidel, himself.
You might imagine the CIA is capable of using "double agents" with Cuba, if only for some "Cuba Station" supervisor (nearing retirement) to keep filing reports.
