Try a Google image search. (Which would be a logical first thought, but that's a different issue) Many of the propaganda posters depicted the Japanese as ape/devils. If you're looking for an exact replica of this shirt on a WWII poster you really are a dillweed. You're not looking for historical information, you are here to push your personal agenda. So it doesn't matter if I look up the posters (As Seen on the History Channel) showing the Japanese as over sized apes with knives sneaking up to a house of a nice American family eating dinner.
The one's the military used were pretty bad too. Were they as bad as this t-shirt? Some I think could be considered as such. It would depend on whether or not your people are the one's being depicted as less that human.

Portraying a Japanese soldier as an "ape" is quite a bit different than the Israeli terrorists intentionally targeting pregnant women, by shooting them in the belly, and then joking about a "2-for-1 shot".

America has been pouring billions of dollars into egypt and to palestinians. And what does America get from them?? The arabs use this money to build terrorist infrastructure. All news media like CBS and MSNBC are so much into this T shirt story. Where are they when the entire arab world rallies against Jews and others whom they call infidels? This extreme hatred has not evolved after the occupation of west bank and gaza but infact has been for more than 70 years even before israel came into existence.
