The artical did nort mention the pamphlet issued to Israeli soldiers prior to the war which had a message from the high ranking Israeli rabbi in the armed forces, which instructed soldiers "to show no mercy to the gentiles, even the women and children". This is also a war crime I believe, because it incited and gave legitimacy to the slaughter of so many children children in this savage attack on Gaza. The assault caused so much death and destruction against a civillian population that has no army, navy or airforce, but only some guns and homemade rocketts, fighting against the regional superpower Israel, armed to the teeth by the US. The bonbs of the Israelies dropped freely over apartment houses, hospitals, clinics and schools. If this isn''t a war crime, then what is?

So, dear Mr. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas doesn''t think that what he has done to Israel over the past 6 years is not war crimes especially the killing of Israel''s children who have not been able to get to their shelters fast enough, Israel should get medals for not retaliating sooner ..

Israel gave back Gaza and left them the green houses worth $14 million which produced flowers, fruits and vegetables out of season and were sold for export in Europe being a source of employment 3,500 local Palestinians and had been a lucrative market, but the Muslims destroyed them in a few days causing their own to loose their employment and go hungry, is that not crimes against ones own..

Can''t you see that Palestinians think that we are so stupid that when they use their women and children as human shields around their weapons and they get killed that we will blame Israel and not them, is that not a war crime, but against their own??? Cant you see that Israel did its best to warn Palestinians that they were targeting the Palestinian rockets and for them to get away from that area, even sending in their own men at the risk of death to them to warn these people.. come on lets be fair.. how can any normal person back a race of people who will deliberately put their own as human shields to maximise the effect of deaths so as to influence the world.. and it looks like Palestinians are right we are just as stupid as they thought..
