Once-Powerful Shiite Cleric Calls For Retaliation Over U.S. Role In Gaza Confilct
- And what''''s even sadder is the corrupt US media pulling on the emotional strings of Americans for whatever reason.
Even the moderate arabic/muslims are NOT backing Hamas, why is this not being brought to the attention of the American public?

It is sad and reprehensible of our media. The latest headline from a liberal site was "Rockets Fired from Lebanon into Israel", with this they showed a picture of a screaming Palestinian women. Foxnews.com had the same story, but showed a picture of an anguished Israeli woman cowering over her two boys as they suffered rocket attacks. It is sooo one sided and geared to the Palestinians, that our news media are not even credible anymore. - Reply to this comment
WRONG.
The US set up bases there, for NO OTHER reason than to have a military presence in the region.
The UN set up THEIR OWN bases in the region - including in SA - to enforce the no fly zone restrictions.

-The CAOC was set up after the 1991 Gulf war in Iraq and was used to control the coalition air campaign in the latest conflict in Iraq.-
-The Saudi defence minister said that, since US and British patrols over the Iraqi no-fly zones had ended, there was "no need" for the American forces to be there.-- Reply to this comment

- If someone came to your house, and threw you and your family OUT of your house, and OFF of your land, are you going to want to seek "lasting peace", or are you going to want your house and land back?

I remember the footage of Israel pulling their settlers out of Gaza kicking and screaming to achieve peace. Moving out does not matter to them (Hamas) and Jews have a long history of settling in Israel, their persecution by the Romans is proof of that. - Reply to this comment
- The US military WAS in Saudi Arabia until 2003.
That is PARTIALLY why we were attacked on 9/11/2001.

And I''m saying that if we had ousted Saddam the 1st time around there would have been no need for the no-fly zone and setting up camp in Saudi Arabia. - Reply to this comment
- Gaza living in peace. But reality shows me humans in Gaza that call themselves Hamas that are nothing but rabid dogs that won''''t stop and sit down at the table, and whose full intention it is to eliminate Israel off the face of the earth!

Then why in your tantrums have you called for the entire area to be nuked -- there would appear to be many innocent palestinians you are willing to kill of only Hamas is your desired target. You have called for a and end to bredsding for a generic group called "Arabic/Muslins" no qualification of whacko or extremist. You have claimed the right to run over anyone in the street whether they are fleeing the fighting or not merely because they are in the street. These are not the actions of an individual operating with restraint and you are not even face to face with the fighting. You have not been to Gaza -- yet you are qualified or possess proof (which we all know you do not have) that each and every picture seen in the US with blood has been faked with Ketchup One would think that from the relative comfort these significant mistakes could be avoided. You sit with the comfort of your keyboard and cast lies and fabrications about people you have never met, about events you have not observed first hand -- that sounds exactly like a "rabid dog" as you call them acting not in a controlled manner but in a blind rage. - Reply to this comment

I know how long we were there! We were conducting that worthless no-fly zone. We corrected that mistake by actually moving in to where the bad guy was, Iraq. Pretty stupid on our part to set up camp in Saudi Arabia to run a big prison camp around Iraq to contain Saddam. - Reply to this comment

I believe that they (Hamas) don''t want peace talks with anyone because it is considered an insult. Hamas BELIEVES they are right, so for the U.S. to come in and kindly tell them to act differently is a slap in the face. - Reply to this comment
