Hamas is not a terrorist ofganisation, idiot. It is a freely elected government.

As usual you are wrong.

Hamas is listed as a terrorist organization by Canada,[18] the European Union,[19][20][21][22] Israel,[23] Japan,[24] and the United States,[25] and is banned in Jordan.[26] Australia[27] and the United Kingdom[28] list only the military wing of Hamas, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, as a terrorist organization. The United States and the European Union have both implemented restrictive measures against Hamas on an international level.[19][29]

A
s I said, the US elected Bush in a free electios but the US still engages in deplorable conduct: It tortures, and murder, spies on its own citizens, hold people incarcerated for years without trial, (as does Israel, Israel also tortures and spies on its own citizens.

So this is the rationale for Hamas'' publicly stated goal for the destruction of Israel. That of their unwillingness to recognize the state of Israel. Because America''s voting in of political regimes that have dishonored our core principles--did it. A terrorist group has shown their intent.

Who gives a *** if the government was elected or not, it4s high time some one speaks the only language arabs understand-FORCE. No matter the talks and attempts to peace, arabs have one thing in mind, throwing the jews out of there and I think they should defend themselves with the utmost determination. We all know what to do for the violence to stop, which is stopping the rocket attack, as long as they keep on shooting rocket on israel, it''s their right to defend themselves. Protest as much as you want, the offensive must go on.

That Terrorist organization Hamas being freely elected has nothing to do with it''''s terrorist status elected or not it is a terrorist organization.

The US government tortures, doesn''''t it?

I am no apologist, but don''''t be so blind. Hamas was legitimately elected, like it or not.

Posted by slownewsdaze

Your mental discipline is very poor. Youa re attempting to mix different ideas

The subject specifically was that HAMAS IS A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION.

If the Palestinians legitimately elected them then the Palestinians elected a terrorist organization to be in power.

A legitimately elected terrorist organization is still a terrorist organization.

The legitimate election does not alter their terrorist status.

Arabs blame America because they vetoed an effort to a call for the cessation of hostilities.

What, pray tell me, has that anything to do with the UN veto?

Pleeeaze . . . the Arab world cannot negotiate with Hamas either. The veto was to eliminate the condemning of Israel for their self-defense. Why does Egypt only trade with Gaza underground? What is wrong with trading with them over their borders, above ground? Hamas wants more weapons and bombs.

Arabs are not neutral so their protest is expected and of no value.

A general election among a severly uneducated electorate is more of a popularity contest. When the people are poor as well, they will chose the party that feeds them.

Based on your respectful request, I will no longer refer to the Israelis as "kike." I respect your obvious wisdom. Al-hamdulilah.
Posted by nittygritty6 at 02:24 AM : Jan 04, 2009

That was lovely. It''s nice to see people get along with respect. If Hamas could resolve its differences with Fatah, then a Palestinian peace accord can be hammered out with Israel. As long as the militant mind-set of insults and threats continues, no one will take responsibility. You just blame everyone but yourselves. Right now, Arabs blame America for no cease fire.
