- The Republican Party needed Fear Policies to keep them in power. Having Osama Bin Ladin and all other terrorist organizations alive is good for the Republicans because it keeps the Fear alive.
What the Republicans mis-calculated was the Meltdown of the Economy due to Toxic Economic policies which would shadow Fear in Americans.

- The incident in Mumbia has little to do with international terrorism and more to do with Kashmir wanting to break away from India, or to become part of Pakistan. US, Israeli and British were targeted because of their meddling. This is just unfinished business from when Britain divided India and Pakistan. The US was originally arming Kashmir when they were building Al-Quaeda to fight the Russians and then withdrew support when they started fighting Al-Quaeda. It is time for the US to quite meddling and for Condo Rice to go home.

No, shew replaced Powell when Powell left the Bush administration
Rice replaced Powell when Powell showed he had integtity and having integrity was unacceptable to Bush, so Powell had to leave. that is how Rice became part of the most corrupt adminstration this country has had to date - Reply to this comment
