Its total intelligence failure but instead of looking their own shortfalls, Indian government as usual are very good in finding all kind of evidence in a matter of hours/days to suggest that this is either the work of Pakistan ISI or other elements. How come in presence of powerful navy one boat with some mothership sneak into their shores without any check? is your whole navy incompetent?
When President Clinton visited india a decade ago, 35 sikh lost their lives in brutal attack same day . India then pointed out that Pakistan was involved but later their own investigation reveals that Indian army was involved. same thing happened when train that bring back Pakistanis from India got burnt inside their territory still India blames lashkar tayyaba of Pakistan but as if you pay attention to last 2-3 months reports investigation pointed out again that Indian army col is involved.
