President-Elect Calls Back Presidents, Prime Ministers Who Congratulated Him
- Oh really, please name on Constitutional right you''''ve lost under Bush/Cheney? I''''d like to hear the specifics of that?

Easy: Bush completely contradicted the Fourth Amendment Right against search and seizure when he authorized warrantless wiretaps of US Citizens phones. - Reply to this comment
- It''''d be hilarious if it wasn''''t so damned pathetic.

Sorry Bubba but this is my only handle. I can defend myself just fine on my own. What you have to live with is that there are quite a few more of us than there are of you. Oh, wait, sort of like it was during the election! - Reply to this comment

The lying commie Obslime-a presents himself as a Christian, and flat out lies about it...
What the hell? You want to paint all Christians as liars and Muslims as saints! Geezus, cut the KRAP!

MaggyC, I fear you are wasting your breath. I have this image of FromTexwLove, in church on Sunday portraying himself as some loving faithful saint but as soon as he gets home and onto his anonymous computer, his inner black soul pours out. It''s really kind of scary, don''t you think? - Reply to this comment
- Here is a quote. I don''t remember who said it.
"Conquer anger with non-anger
Conquer evil with good
Conquer lies with thruthfulness"
I refuse to be angry anymore, I refuse to hate anymore, from here until I take the long walk I will show kindness to all. - Reply to this comment

CHRISTIANITY IS NOT THE THREAT - IT IS THE EXTREMISTS THAT ARE THE THREAT, AS ANY EXTREME GROUP OF ANY BELIEF AT ALL CAN BE A THREAT! Get that through your head. Yes, suicide bombers are terrorists and we can all agree on that, but not all Muslims are terrorists. You cannot assume that everyone in one country wants the same thing. That''s absurd. Even in war-faring countries, there are people who don''t want to participate in war. Of course, as of late, ours has become a war-faring country. I''m not okay with that. I can''t imagine I''m the only one. For as much as you post, you really don''t say much of substance. - Reply to this comment

Do you even know how creepy that sounds?
Why do you need Obama so make you feel better?
And people wonder why Obama has been referred to as an anti-Christ (false Messiah) type of figure.
It''''s because of statements from people like you, above. That''''s why

How is my statement creepy, all it means is he started me thinking about my own problems with hate. I don''t agree with everything he says. - Reply to this comment

You''re such a blog bully. Sure there''s freedom of speech (the sordid display on this comment site is proof of that) but a true Christian - Christ-like Christian - wouldn''t be as hateful, spiteful, rude, condescending, self-righteous, self-serving or condemning as you are. Yes, say what you want about your opinions, your beliefs, etc. but don''t beat down on me, whatithink10, dbaecht and the others and beat us over the head with your beliefs. Christians are supposed to spread the word in a positive way and leave it at that; if anything, you''re pushing people away from your faith, for fear that they''ll become like you and so many of your fellow "Christians". - Reply to this comment

Bottom line is you''''re against free speech, especially for Christians. That''''s not American, my friend.

- SocialismSux,
If you were truly a Christian, you wouldn''t have to say it. We would see it in your actions. Period. - Reply to this comment

Stop your whining. Christianity is not a threat, and every time you say it is, you give the Muslim fundamentalists who want to take over this country and disintegrate our freedoms as we know it, everything they want to hear.
It amazes me how blinded you people are from what''s really going on around the globe.
I mean seriously, how many times do you have to turn on the news and watch another ISLAMIC suicide bombing or terrorist attack around the globe to know what the real threat is here?
Have you got that much pride in your heart that you can''t admit this evil? Seriously! - Reply to this comment

Congratulations on having an open mind. I wish there was more of that especially from some on this board who are unwilling to even give the new President a chance. I LOATHE George W Bush and the way he attained office, but as a federal employee, I continued to serve him and his adminstration as I do today. But I have to say it was really different from the Clinton Adminisitration which was populated by really intelligent thoughtful staff. Now I look forward to and apparently enlightened President and hopefully a cabinet that will follow suit. I wish all those who voted for George Bush could reserve judgment ... they might actually like what they see. - Reply to this comment
- You should stop being a Christian and start trying to be more like Christ. There is a difference.

and here''s another tactic they use dabecht, they become some sort of judgmental authority over Christians, yet when someone points out their faults, they accuse us Christians of judging them. This is another double standards trick they like to use all the time. I''m just happy that whatithink10 continues to provide examples of these tricks they use. - Reply to this comment

Oh yeah, ''cause there''s not genocide or race/religion based crimes in the US, right? No, no, Americans don''t beat, bludgeon, kill, rape, hate anyone that''s not like them. Don''t make it sound like the [callusly called] "other less noticable places" are the only places where this hatred goes on. Your own hero, Ms. Palin, won''t even stand up for rape victims (as in they have to pay for their own ER rape kit, as though they haven''t paid enough). And what a great hero to have. "Abstinence only education is the only way to go!" Okay, how''s that pregnant 17-year-old doing? Dropped out of high school with her boyfriend so they can raise a family. Good moral values there. Aerial wolf hunting and offering bounties for killing wolves - and for what? Pleasure. She''s mentally barren, morally bankrupt, highly unrealistic and trying to push this country into extreme Christianity. That is, when she''s not trying to secede from the country. Pick a better role model and stop repeating yourself. It''s nauseating to think someone actually wants her to be president. - Reply to this comment
- You see dbaecht, what usually occurs is people like whatithink10 go absolutely bezerk (As indicated in his post) when Christians utilize their freedom of speech like everyone else. This is typical. Since whatithink10 has provided a prime example of this, you should be able to see what I''m talking about.
Bottom line is they think we should just remain silent (which is what the "Fairness" doctrine will impose if passed) while everyone else should have a right to speak.
So I ask you again, is this for or against the Constitution? - Reply to this comment

Here you go dbaecht, whatithink10 has just provided an example of what I''m talking about.
Now, according to his statement, and according to our Constitutional rights, do you or don''t you think Christians should have a right to speak out against people like this? - Reply to this comment
