Like a bunch of little children fighting over a new TOY, someone should just blow the dam thing up and settle it once and for all and be done with it, but then I guess these religious morons would fight over the broken rocks in the rubble pile.

Our decline began 8 years ago.
Posted by Displeased at 11:34 AM : Oct 26, 2008

Actually our decline began when you atheists/agnostics pushed for 3 things in this country

1.) The teaching of Darwinian evolution and the belief that human beings came from a puddle of goo millions of years ago with no purpose and meaning

2.) The removal of prayer and the Bible in schools in the early 60s

3.) The murderous Roe v Wade decision.

Congratulations atheists, you got what you wanted, total chaos and disorder, just as Darwin would want it

This holy site must be respected by all. The Ethiopian Christians and the Coptic Christians must unite together and keep this Sacred Place nice for all humanity. Forget the feud, and unite through Christ. Peace!!

The area in the world where every crazy nut ball religion thinks some God is going to end the world. No wonder there is so much turmoil over there.

Sins committed by Adam and Eve, sinners are those new born children born in sins who can not even differentiate between what is a sin and what is not a sin, and the price is paid by a third party free of sins named Jesus.
Those who believe in jesus as son of god and god in human flesh (I never understood how is it possible that god came out of a woman''''s private part) are god-neglected whereas those who oppose jesus, insult him, accuse his mother of fornication and accuse jesus of being illegitimate son of his mother, are god-chosen.
Concentration camps in Germany and Israel founded in Palestine.
Innocent people killed in Europe by Nazis and price paid by those Palestinians who can''''t even speak the language spoken by Hitler.
OSAMA BEEN FORGOTTEN was in TORA BORA and PSYCHOTIC CHRISTIAN Bush attacked Iraq which had nothing to do with 9/11.

Based on the above mentioned reasons, I came to following conclusion;

"CHRISTIANITY is PSYCHOSIS and CHRISTIANS are PSYCHOTICS"

If somebody disagrees with what I said, please come up with valid and sound reasons to prove me wrong. If you do that, I would acknowladge my mistake and change my point of view!

egresor, i think what jacob wrestled was Esau..
and it was a metaphor anyways..
-------------
I think this argument over a building shows how petty and silly religion can be..
Jesus'' message and his life is what is important, not this silly hut..
Rather than focusing on their god, these guys are both essentially commiting idolatry by engaging in a serious dispute over mundane objects..
Let god decide: have each one bitten by a snake, and the one who lives gets to keep the church!!
makes about as much sense as this silly debate..

Ok fine, you want the Earth was known to be round thing? Ok, what about the pyramids? They are right there. We still do not know how they got there. Not one single soul asked Jesus about them? He couldn%u2019t clear that up? They even look today like they had to have been made by Gods. No one asked %u201CDid your Daddy make those?%u201D Heck, they even point to the stars in a way that someone could have asked; %u201CThe pyramids are pointing to certain stars. Is that where Heaven is?%u201D Seems like a logical question. No, he couldn%u2019t clear that up. We know who begat who going back 75 times. We know exactly what was said. We have prophesies telling us all about the future. But nothing from the past? He didn%u2019t know, or more correctly whoever REWROTE the Bible didn%u2019t know.

What about the Moon being the same size as the Sun from our perspective? That%u2019s pretty neat. God is a planet making guy. Jesus never pointed out his Fathers handiwork? I would have asked about that if I was there.

Yet let someone go to sleep and have a dream, and God is right there %u2013 every time.

i''ll give this as an example

a preacher told me that about 6 months after getting saved he was working in a basement and stood up and banged his head really hard...gave out a big G*D D*MN

what was the lesson god was trying to teach him?

that he wasn''t where he thought he was. that he was in the basement...not upstairs in the living room.

hmmm?
and where are the stairs?
where is jacob''s ladder?

Obama and his radicals plan to diminish Israel''''s influence on our policies.Israel''''s days are numbered and Jerusalem will be carved up and parcelled out to the Palestinians if Obama gets into office. The writing is on the wall. He will bring the curse of God on us to finish off what Bush has already destroyed. Our once fine nation has begun its decline.

After the final battle between muslims and Jews? Why are Chritians fighting each other? Why is anyone?

They say that there is only enough religion in the world to make men hate one another but not enough to make them love.

"Not one follows it all, except the freakazoids." Bailmeout - You got it pretty close to right! That''''s whats so great about it all. WE cannot get it all together, we are H u m a n, we have flaws and we need help. Any Christian that tells you otherwise is more than a little confused. Christians are not that much different than anyone else, except that we put our trust in God to pull us through, we know we can''''t do it on our own, and as arrogant as you may think we are, we know that we are very imperfect and need help.
A Church isn''''t for perfect people doing everything perfectly, it'''' for those hurting from their mistakes and others mistakes who are seeking help to make it through this world.

this illustrates the understanding the church world has. that noone is perfect. that we all have sin?
apostle paul told timothy to "mark the perfect man".

if there are no perfect people? why did he instruct timothy to mark him? ...and in addition the bible gives a commandement "be ye perfect". that''s a commandment!

so if you are not perfect from sin you are failing god''s commandments and have your place with the imperfect church world.

not running down people''s faiths but god isn''t stupid.

they know THEY aren''t perfect and make that an excuse for failure to follow the commandment "be ye perfect".
a C-O-M-M-A-N-D-M-E-N-T (same as the 10)

and columbus DID believe the world was round. flat was for the ignorant masses. columbus not one of them.

...too bad the ''True Templars'' and the "Hospitallers'' aren''t still in control.
This bickering among so-called ''Christian Churches'' has got to end soon.
