2) China will get it''s hand on more U.S military technology.
3) Bush, the war maker, is not happy with peace between Taiwan and China...why else would he do this when they''re on good terms now?

- Dirty Trick squad (Bush/Cheney) are at it again. This administration has done so much of this by using loopholes that are supposed to allow emergency actions when Congress is not in session. That''s why they had to man Congress all through the Christmas break last year, to keep a watch on these hoodlums.
