"And we have a muslim running for president. Posted by One_Texan"

Keep spreading lies and McCain might win. I admit the strategy seems to be working.

"Saudi Arabia''s top judiciary official has issued a religious decree saying it is permissible to kill the owners of satellite TV networks that broadcast immoral content."

If they were to get their way, which they won''t, that would mean the death of all television broadvast owners and then eventually all shareholders, TV employees, advertisers, repairmen, installers, TV manufacturers, all subsidiaries and of course, television viewers. Lots of dead people with logic like that.

Saudi Arabia friggin blows.

[It will be interesting to hear what people will say when the West shifts from a Christian religious base to an Islamic one. Worried about your freedoms now, wait, I''''m sure it will get better.]

yea ... when is this happening ... do you have a date?

islamic terrorism is not about converting the world to islam ... it''s about the influence of western ideals on their religious tenats ... and they want us, and our influence, out of their world.

explain how islamic terrorists are going to convert the western world to islam? is this expected to be voluntary ... or under duress?

If the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court made such a pronouncement he would be impeached in short order. This is not just some random nutcase in Saudi Arabia blowing off steam. This is nothing more than a part of a calculated campaign by the radical Muslims to remove the secular influences of the Saudi government and put the Islamic clerics in charge of the government. We can only hope that some nutcase in Saudi Arabia takes up this fatwa and makes an assassination attempt on one of the Saudi royal family, because it appears that if the royal family is going to allow this to pass without comment, that an assassination is likely the only thing that is going to spur them to purge the radical clerics from the government.
I''m just waiting for the day that China displaces the United States as the world''s largest importer of oil. I''m sure that they aren''t going to put up with this kind of stuff coming out of OPEC. The US should have sent covert agents in to assassinate Lihedan years ago.

What''s interesting is looking at the bigger picture, lets say in Europe, it''s that they are so progressive (and scared of Islam) they are letting this insidious religion slowly takeover, while at the same time ridiculing religion (not Islam) in general. So they stand the most to lose first if this kind of mentality grows and gains a foothold in "progressive" regions of the western world.

Radical Islamist love the Bush administration, the administration has proven to be the best distraction to the creeping death of radical Islam and has made everyone hate the administration, then the true threat to freedom and the ideas of "progressives."

The west hates conservative Bush (who is only President for a max of 8 years) versus Islamic royal families in power forever. It%u2019s obvious that many have been so blinded by hate they cannot see the BIGGER picture.

It will be interesting to hear what people will say when the West shifts from a Christian religious base to an Islamic one. Worried about your freedoms now, wait, I''m sure it will get better.

Where is the love that we are to have towards each other? Is this the only way? What kind of god is it that tells these folks to go kill each other instead of to work with each other in love and to be the example? Who wants a belief that is based on hate and then to justify murder based on this hate? Can we then justify to "hate" and "murder" another human being based on the fact that they are middle eastern? Boy, are we sick or what???

This is exactly the reason why we DON''t want Islam in America.

Do we need any more reason to break our addiction to oil. We desperately need to scale back any relationships we have with these countries - Especially the Saudi''s. Let ''em live in their own religious hell.

When anybody spouts "immoral!", I know I''m listening to somebody who is NOT serving his/her god. Rather, i''m listening somebody who is playing god.

I don''t care what religion it is.

Thus all religions!

And of course all religions are "inventions" of men to contol those that need the security of mind that someone might know what''s going on and could tell them how to live.

When I studied the holocaust in school, I thought "How could this happen?" I never thought my own country would turn out like Nazi Germany. But lo and behold it has!

When we start telling citizens you''re not patriotic if you don''t support Bush''s war for oil profits, it''s very akin to the tactics used by the Nazi''s.

When you invade sovereign countries to fill the coffers of the military industrial companies that make weapons of violence, it''s very much like Nazi Germany.

When you tell teacher''s what they must teach and try to impose a rewriting of historical facts, it''s very similar to tactics used by Hitler.

When you exterminate a million humans by spewing forth 962 public lies, wmd, wmd, wmd, taking your country into war, killing more folks than Sadam himself and rivaling Hitler, comparisons are very appropriate.

Sounds reasonable to me, doesn''t it to you? Their DNA may qualify them as fellow humans, but their ideologies make them as alien to us as if they came from another planet.
