But you know as well as I do that the US navy will be tracking them as closely as possible. because one nuclear weapon can do a lot of damage.

The US tracks the ships of many navies every day by vaious means. And the US is not worried one bit about Russia using nukes on us just as much as the Russians are not worried about the US nuking them. We both know there are "boomers" sitting off each others coasts ready to answer any attack. At least, that is if your Russian subs can make it this far anymore!!!! The Russians really DO need the practice. Hehehe...

"Go ahead and squeal, yankees."
Holy macarena! Does Chavez have balls, or what?!
This man is the Hizbollah of South America ready to take on the military giant of the block.
Jr and his friends are going to have to swallow this one because there''s really nothing they can do.
So, Monkey Boy, how does it feel to see them Russian ships and anti-missile system from your window?

Fine. For all you denigrating the Russian navy and Venezuela, then you should have no problem when they visit and do military maneuvers together. Russian destroyers, cruisers, nuclear submarines, etc.

But you know as well as I do that the US navy will be tracking them as closely as possible. because one nuclear weapon--or "nucular" if you listen to Bush--can do a lot of damage.

But you keep up your Viagra-inspired posturing, you bunch of old scared men.

"you mean fat, pampered and spoiled romans got too cocky and comfortable with thier security that they think that they are beyond harm..hence relaxing this military grip?? yes kinda like the liberals..

Of course, the Romans collapsed after they renounced their republic and installed a dictator.

Kind of like what the Neocon Republicans would like.

If McClone is elected, it''s the beginning of the end for America.

The USA will collapse under the weight of its own greed and stupidity.

But I''m not going anywhere. The show will get interesting.

This guy seems to have a "flight of ideas" - "See any new schools or hospitals in your neighborhood lately? No? That''''s because they''''re being built in China instead. " Are you referring to all the SHODDILY built schools in China that became GRAVEYARDS for their kids? Just out of curiousity, are you American citizen?

Insurgeon, you can see their blinder ignorence is so high that the only think they can understand is Bush/Cheney and Mcsame.
Roman, Persian, Pharaon, otoman all these great civilisationhad fallen because of their ignorence and their will of dominating other nations, so America has to be carefull here, the name of America meant something for the rest of the world befor Bush/Cheney respect, equality, justice and freedom

Search for the "causes of the fall of Rome" and consider America''''s predicament today. You''''ll be astounded by the parallels.

missunderstanding of differences in mentality of Russia and America always brings military ideocy from both sides.
How to explane to people in the West that everything they say and do will be transformed in absolutelly other sence:
presence of american navy at Russia''s border classified as prepardeness for start of war.
Other point of escalation Bush administration now does not care to change the atmosphere.

Well duh! No doubt they do--just like the USA does.

So what?

That in no way disproves the implication of John McCain and the Neocons in trying to stir up trouble to push themselves ahead politically.

People get convicted of conspiracy all the time.

So pull your head out of your ****** and see the light.

"Our goal is the return of our territory and the peaceful unification of Georgia,"

Russia invaded and occupied Georgia through out its period of Communism. It is a shame to see Russia believes again it owns what never belonged to it in the first place. The world is different and will not tolerate any more land grabs such as those from Hitler''s era and the Soviet Union era. Period.

I don''t see what the big deal is. Its not like the Russian navy could actually challenge the might by a long shot the largest, best equip and powerful navy in the world, which is the U.S. Navy. This is just a move by the Russians to try to show what little strength they have left after the collapse of the USSR and its just Chavez trying to gain support by being anti-american which is the only reason he is still in power.

BTW for any Chavez supporters out there, he''s a horrible leader who is nationalizing industries, which will basically cut off investment to the country and thus not allow the poor people he tries to say that hes for further into poverty. Not to mention once his term is up everyone will forget about him and his attempt to turn himself into the dictator of that country.
