Cuba gets the ''''brunt'''' of the majority of storms that come through the Gulf of Mexico. The US doesn''''t care what happens to it because it''''s a ''''commie'''' country, true?
Cuba, you have the right ideology ie., socialism. It is impragmatic though as you do not have the funds to spend on the masses. You have had to open Night clubs and etc... in order to have the funds to spend on the poor.
Cuba, you don''''t acknowledge God. But, God be with you and give you strength.

In an unhappy state the storm going over Cuba a rather large land mass will break it apart. If it reforms and it most likley wont where it will head is anybodys guess after hitting there.
