Poland is not lying to its people. The US and Poland have no intentions of using this base to threaten Russia.Maybe Russia can build their own defense missile base in their own country. It can be used to watch the base in Poland. The base in Poland is meant to defend Europe not to start a war.Russia agreed with the US that Europe need a defense missile base, they just didn''t agree on locating.Russia wanted the defense missile base built in their own country. The US wanted it in Poland and now that Poland gets the base Russia starts making threats.Russia thinks if they can''t have the base no one should have it.Poland has been through a lot, they were dominated in World War II by the Soviets, they were also apart of the Soviets during the Cold War.Poland is thinking about the future of Europe. They are starting to distance themselves from Russia. If Russia has a problem why don''t they just talk about it.If Russia sees this as threat to themselves then why don''t they talk to the US and Poland about it.Threating a country with a nuclear strike is not going to solve anything.Which country would the US and other European countries would rather trust to have the defense missile base,Russia or Poland.I''m pretty sure Poland would win.Its about trust.

Everyone in the world can see past the lie that the so-called anti-missle base is a defense against missles from countries like Iran. If Poland is such a free nation, why does it lie to its own people? Believe me, Russia will attack this site...they rightfully view it as an act of war....

The U.S. says the installation is meant to protect Europe and America from attacks from Iran. But Russian officials say they consider the site a threat and have threatened to attack Poland - possibly even with nuclear weapons.

This is what Europe needs but this is what Russia doesn''t want. The US and European countries are thinking about the safety of Europe. If Russia agreed with the US that Europe need a Defense Missile Base in Europe, then why does Russia have a problem with it now.Maybe its because the base won''t be built in Russia.Russia wanted the base built in their own country, while the US was leaning on Poland. Now that the US and Poland came to an agreement,Russia is now making threats.Well who knows what would have happen if the base was built in Russia, now that they are determine to restart the Cold War and return make to their Communist ways.Russia can still watch the defense base, but only from 115 miles away.Russia is not thinking about Europe, they are thinking about themselves.Maybe instead of making threats Russia should try talking to the US about the defense base.

They better hope the U.S. election goes to a strong leader and not a defeatist apologist or they are toast. The effect of the U.S. is only as strong as it''s leader. If the leader won''t defend them when they are attacked then they will become part of "The New Soviet Union" faster then you can say Obama.
