Foreign Minister Says Security Deal Must Include Timeline For Departure Of US Troops; Suicide Bomber Kills Five Near Baghdad
- McCain needs to get firm with these Iraqi peasants! What do they know about running their own country!
McCain says 100 years of occupation, and he means 100 years of occupation. Any Iraqi who doesn''t like that can be targeted for rendition.

- Let me guess! You were at the head of your last class in school? The 6th GRADE? Do you lash out at EVERY neighbor you have because they do not support your "Party"? America we need to put these people back under their rocks and move this nation forward. Iraq was and will always be a LIE, there is NOTHING we can or should try to do about that. It''''s great, in my view, that Bush/McSame are getting their noses rubbed in this. The sad part is that it cost so much for this nation to learn this lesson!!

The fight against radical Islamic extremist terrorism in Afghanistan and Iraq is not a figment of anybody''s imagination that watched a nation torn to pieces when 3,000 of our people were blown out of the WTC, and had to jump to keep from burning to death!
What did you weenies want to do? Sit back and cry a little and wait until they did it again to take action?
Afghanistan and Iraq are both money well spent! Saddam Hussein is dead! And so are 20,000 plus of these terrorist bastwards! We need to get busy and get the rest of them so we don''t have to ever go back! And we certainly don''t want these idiots to have a nuclear warhead!
So stop your pissing and moaning! The price of your freedom is not cheap in money or lives in the face of idiots that want to see you DEAD! - Reply to this comment

- McCain can say anything he wants because he knows Bush has to sign an agreement before the end of December or the US troops have no legal authority or protections for their operations in Iraq. From all indications President Bush without leverage in the negotiation (due to lack of time with no withdrawal option before the UN Authorization expires) is going to need to sign an agreement that includes the "Bush/McCain timeline for failure" or place US troops into the legal jeopardy of operationg in Iraq without legal authorization. This may be internationally a sticky issue but as I recall there is no formal declaration of war between the United States and Iraq only an authorization to use military force. This may make the legal authorization for actions inside Iraq a more critical item. Therefore the next president McCain or Obama -- Obama or McCain, as you prefer will have few if any options open that are not mutually agreeable to the Iraqis.

- Iran is going to position itself to annex Iraq. Then there will be no choice for the US but to take over and annex both countries.
