Segregation boxes? Are they something like "tiger cages."

But not to worry--we''''re a beacon of freedom, not an outpost of tyranny.

Whether or not Iran is using its nuclear facilities to create bombs doesn''t matter- bombing buildings in another country is an act of war. If Israel is dumb enough to actually start a war with Iran, its sad to say, but they almost deserve retaliation. Every country has a right to defend itself from attack.

If Israel actually does launch a strike on the Iranian nuclear facilities and it turns out that they weren''t making bombs or that sort of thing, then Israel will suddenly find itself with a LOT of criticism and explaining to do. Of course, Iran will have to explain as well why it was being so secretive about its nuclear program if it wasn''t being used for weapons.

The sad part is Bush and the others who protect Israel all the time will probably defend Israel''s violating another country''s sovereignty if this does come to pass. I''m just glad I wasn''t anywhere near old enough to vote when Bush was elected, so my hands are clean in all that!

Just because we aren''''t occupying a country does not dismiss us from being viewed as imperialistic.

Take Iran for example. We backed a nice little guy there favorable to our interests (read: oil). Turns out the Shah ended up being comparable to a dictator. Because we propped him up, we were seen as advocating his policies and thus, imperialists.

Turns out, we blew a golden opportunity to influence and maintain some semblance of democracy in that country and the region. Because we backed this guy and didn''''t keep him in check, fundamentalists got pizzed off, overthrew him and blamed us for their woes as well.

As long as the U.S. unfailingly supports Israel in all their ill-advised hegemonic plans in the Middle-East, the U.S. will continue to be forced to fight in that area, perhaps forever.
As they say, "with friends like that, who needs enemies".
We ask for peace in the area yet we arm Istael tooth and nail to fight their neighbors.

Face it, we are not imperialists, you just don''''t like that we smash terrorists around the globe, Posted by Minuteman-5 at 04:24 PM : Aug 07, 2008"

even your ole pissant generals McAffrey and Adm Mullen have admitted that the US military have fvcked things up in Afghanistan . McAffrey has said that a war there would last 25+ years and that the US is not equipped to fight it because the people do not have the stomach for such a long war (code for saying that people like you are too yellow bellied and cowardly to enlist to fight in wars that you wanted)

The Israelis or any other nation or people, should not permit a perverse, hostile, primitive, backward, hateful, religiously poisoned, Islamofascist regime such as the current Iranian madmen''s regime, to threaten or to harm The State of Israel.

Who would be expected not to take required pre-emptive measures resulting from an existential threat to one''s life and existence, such as the current fascistic Iranian regime''s intentions of carrying out such threat ?
