"In one of his last text messages before he was murdered, the victim told a friend that others on the bus were taking ecstasy. Drug users likely sit closer to the back. So, even if anyone could have stopped the killing, they were too looped & blissed out to do anything. This horrible image speaks volumes about our society -- people trippin'''' on delusional, fake feelings of love while someone is butchered a few feet away."

You would have to wonder what the H E LL was going on in his head. Did they turn him loose out of a mental hospital or what. This is by far the most horrendous news story I have ever read. Demons do walk among us. Thats why I picked the winning team. Demons gag on the name of Jesus Christ. Are you gagging right now?

more important questions are has he done this sort of thing before in a more secluded situation? How many victims could be out there from this guy?

To all you would be wantabe heroes. It is great to think you would hav tried to do something. In real life situations most peole go into shock and do nothing or actually go into a self preservation mode and run away. Until you have been in these peoples shoes i would not be trying to judge them for what they di or didn''t do.

Why not charge with first degree ? He brought the knife, i would think that makes for premeditation.

All 35 passengers and the driver should be ashamed. They should live with thier cowardice for all their days, no one helped him, they all ran away while another human was being murdered, if a woman or a small child were being attacked would they have let him do it? Maybe. I didn''t think so before I heard about this story but now I really don''t know what to think. When you''re in danger you dont expect the whole world to save you but you''d at least think one or two people within feet of you would do something, anything. Am I wrong? Has it come to people looking the other way on murder!? Murder!? I''m really having trouble with this, my faith in all of humanity has been rocked by this. 35 people, thats alot of people to just run the hell off. I know i know, you''re thinking I wasnt there so how do I know I would have helped either right? Well I know, I would have tried, at least tried. That crazy man would have at the very least had a fight to deal with. I just wonder if that poor boys last thought were why isn''t anyone doing anything.
