EXCEPT, you are at the mercy of someone else''s mechanical checks and someone else''s health and mental status who is flying the thing.
Once strapped in you are there for the duration, and if the pilot decides he is suiciding that day, you and your fellow suckers are going down with him!

If your engine machanic had a bad day and didn''t tighten something up right and the engline blows, you are gone too.

Ya right "He said the most likely root of the incident was internal damage to the freight bay, caused by the inadvertent action of handlers or by corrosion from a leak that had gone unnoticed."

Did you hear McCain had to cancel his photo-op at an offshore drilling site this week because they had an oil spill? It''s true, and they do spill oil.

I''ll bet the atheist on that flight remembered how to pray. Hope there were enough flight sickness bags to go around after the new practice of lightening the plane weight. :-)

The passengers will be given hotel accommodation while the aircraft is being repaired, said Alfonso Cusi, the airport''s general manager.

Repaired???? Can you, literally, say: " put me on a slow boat to Cjina"?

I was on a Delta 737-800 from Kansas City to Atlanta. The plane was on approach to land in Atlanta and our plane crossed the WAKE of another jet in front of us. We must have dropped 50 feet and then it was like hitting a cement floor. It was the worst turbulance I have ever felt on a plane. It knocked open some of the baggage compartments above and stuff fell on some people. The drop was so sudden and severe if you would have not had your seat on you would have been hurt. One of the flight attendants was tossed in the air and hit the floor but she was ok.

Even in something as complicated as a 747, ya gotta check the bilge once in a while.

As for the size of the hole, check out the 3rd photo, which has 2 men standing next to it.

Over 70% of Americans want this Do Nothing Democrat Congress to lift the ban on offshore drilling, but they won''t.

And they won''t because they are being PAID by the environmental lobby not to.

My fellow Americans we cannot HOPE for lower energy prices.

We have to VOTE for lower energy prices.

Vote REPUBLICAN on November 4th and lets send these Do Nothing Democrats home for looking after the interests of their special interest group, Enviro''s instead of looking after the interests of the American people.

Enough is Enough with the Democrats and their blocking of "domestic" development and production of OUR natural resources.

This Party, the Democrats are 100% responsible for the suffering of millions of Americans.

.............CROOKS!
