- Dubya has a weird reason of going to the opening cermonies. He is doing for the athletesw to see him waving the flag. They ahve seen him waving the flag for the last 7 and a half years and what a disaster has of an admin has occured. I am sure as supersticious people, the athletes would rather he not be there waving a flag with the track record he has had.
