"The authors of a controversial book about the pro-Israel lobby said Israel is pushing the U.S. to attack Iran."

"Profs. John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt spoke Thursday at a forum in Tel Aviv and at Hebrew University in Jerusalem in their first visit to Israel since the publication of "The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy."

"Echoing their claim that pro-Israel forces in Washington had pressured the United States into attacking Iraq, the pair argued that the same forces are now pushing the country into attacking Iran."

"There is only one country in the world that is putting any pressure on the U.S. to attack Iran, and that is Israel," Mearsheimer told a packed lecture hall at Hebrew University, according to the Jerusalem Post. "And it is putting enormous pressure on the US."

"Mearsheimer added, "Inside the United States, it is pro-Israel individuals and groups who are almost wholly responsible for pressure being brought to bear on Bush and Cheney to use military force on Iran. The idea that the lobby and Israel don''t put huge amounts of pressure on the U.S. is contradictory to the evidence."

If Exxon-Mobil is able to successfully pirate some of the Iranian oil reserves, will they return to CBS as a promoter of their green-washing campaign?

Clarification-

That''s "bible" not "bile".

Must have been a Freudian slip.

Re: "You may now denounce what I''ve said but that does not detract from it''s truth."

Agreed. I think that the fictional nature of the bile is what detracts from the so-called "truth" that you are offering here.

Jonathan Livingston Seagull is far more interesting and believable, in my opinion.

Any other fictional reading suggestions?

How appropriate that this latest effort to foment yet another lie-based and criminal war of aggression against an oil producing country, would be sponsored by the petro-terrorists, greedy oil pirates, and shameless war profiteers of Exxon-Mobil.

The Gomer-like stooge in the ad even seems to have oil seeping from his facial pores.

Be SCARED - Be Very A-SCARED - there''s a Terrorist under you bed. Don''t look in the closet - there''s a terrorist there too!

Only the Republicans can fight the terrorists - it just takes them 7 years before actually trying - just read this -

Bush Finally is trying to catch Bin Laden - but it''s too late - he''s under your bed with a nuke!

President George W Bush has enlisted British special forces in a final attempt to capture Osama Bin Laden before he leaves the White House.

Defence and intelligence sources in Washington and London confirmed that a renewed hunt was on for the leader of the September 11 attacks. %u201CIf he [Bush] can say he has killed Saddam Hussein and captured Bin Laden, he can claim to have left the world a safer place,%u201D said a US intelligence source.

Bush arrives in Britain today on the final leg of his eight-day farewell tour of Europe. He will have tea with the Queen and dinner with Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah before holding a private meeting with Brown at No 10 tomorrow and flying on to Northern Ireland.

The only rogue nations on the planet are the European entities nations, that include all the nation illegally occupied by the europeans like the uSA, canada, australia and so on.

yesterday and today the western europeans entity has been like a virus to the people of the world, invading the countries, spreading into each part of the world to deliver pain and sufferance in massive scales, from slavery to the invasion of iraq and afghanistan today, those enities of committed abomination behind any imagination. the things they do to humans are only found in their brains. i hope one day they will be stopped.
