Are these not gratuitously combative words? Does it promote harmony to accuse someone falsely of something he can''''t disprove? When has McCain denied Obama''''s accomplishments?

It''s an election, pinhead.I''m sure you''d rather see him sit back and take McCains'' barbs, but I doubt if that will happen.Obama''s already manuvering to get Pappy playing his game, just like he did to Hillary. And just like Hillary,it won''t be too long before he has Pappy by the nose and kicking him in the a$$.

It will be interesting to see how this will all turn out. If the vast majority see that the Republican free for all with regards to corporate control over America is what has contributed to high gas prices, a declining dollar and a weak economy, then there is no way that McCain will win.

n a recent speech, Obama delivered one pugnacious barb after another directed squarely at McCain. Let''s review and examine a few of them:

"I honor . . . the service of John McCain, and I respect his many accomplishments, even if he chooses to deny mine."

Are these not gratuitously combative words? Does it promote harmony to accuse someone falsely of something he can''t disprove? When has McCain denied Obama''s accomplishments?

We really need to throw an international party on Jan.20, 2009. People around the world should be given the day off work to celebrate.

I like it!! Here in the states, we could keep up the finest traditions of Bush by sending each taxpayer a coupon for a large pizza and a case of beer all billed to our grandchildren. Heck, we could even encourage each other to go out and pick a fight with their neighbor on that day!

MCVet, Go to this page and you can see how it all is going to turn out. This is not a network poll, it is by people. Four years ago they hit it correctly and was closer than any poll.going to go. This AOL straw poll is people voting all over and most accurate, or at least it has been in the past.

You''''re correct fedupwithit. Please welcome John McCain as the new Commander in Chief of the United States of America. He would have had trouble getting past Clinton, but, beacause OBammy talks real good, all the people capable of THINKING will vote for him.
