Despite Troubling Realities In Region, President Says Democratic Israel A Cause For Optimism
- "America stands for peace, and so does Israel," Bush said.
What peace! In Iraq! Bush is good at talking out of both sides of his mouth.
"LIBS just don''''t get it. America stands by it''''s friends."
What friends! mbcsmith do you think Bush gives a hoot about America''s friends? He''s only a friend if there is a profit to be made for his corporate buddies. - Reply to this comment

- We should have supported by arming and aiding the Palestinians from their invaders (the jews), the same way that we aided Kuwait when S. Hussein invaded them.

No - I''m an American.
I desire safety and security for America.
Israel threatens that safety and security by fighting their IDEOLOGICAL enemies. Their ideology has NOTHING to do with America - NOTHING. If they want to fight a holy war, then the Vatican can back them - but America has NO BUSINESS in their extermination and forced relocation of the Palestinians.
And THAT was all proven when we were attacked on 9/11. - Reply to this comment

Loving your country, and desiring it''s safety and security, does NOT make you a traitor.
Supporting a rogue nation of terrorists (Israel), that will ultimately lead to our downfall, is much, much more treasonous. - Reply to this comment

We should have supported by arming and aiding the Palestinians from their invaders (the jews), the same way that we aided Kuwait when S. Hussein invaded them.
Instead, we supported and aided the invading force.
That''s like America supporting Germany in their invasion of Poland in 1939. - Reply to this comment
- yesterday, Bush made a comment about Obama wanting to appease terrorist like the US did the Nazi''s leading up to WWII. it appears Bush might be an expert on Nazi appeasement.
"George Bush''s grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.
The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism."

- Welcomed as Israel''s closest ally, Bush was the star guest at an evening of music, dance and speeches marking the 60th anniversary of Israel''s founding in the wake of the Nazi holocaust. Bush''s approval ratings are at record lows at home, but he got a hero''s reception here. ....

Why - what''s going to happen to him?
Bush squandered ALL credibility that the US ever had, and mcsame will never get elected.
If Israel attacks them, they''ll be attacked repeatedly until they''re gone - and mercifully, there will finally be peace in the mideast. - Reply to this comment

- In case anyone hasn''t figured it out yet, Bush lies about everything. Thank God he will be history in 249 days, 15 hours, and 48 minutes. In the meantime though, he continues to play the fool doing things like this useless trip to Israel.
The taxpayers money wasted on this trip alone would feed 1000 homeless people for a year. He needs to take a Greyhound bus to Crawford and spend the rest of his term clearing brush. - Reply to this comment
- Attack the President, I make you look important. You know more than those in the loop. Remember A house divided, even for a day suffers. The ememy has already won this battle. He won when the first body came home.

- CBS has news footage of Bush golfing nearly 2 months after de Mello was killed. Bush talks about some "sacrifice" he supposedly makes for our troops and he totally lied about it. Some honor when you have to just make up a total lie to make it look like you give a *** about the troops you''''ve sentenced to your unwinnable quagmire.
