I''m actually with James this time. The fact that rescues are underway so quickly is a feather in the Chinese cap. The problem is the corruption plagued construction industry in China that allows the shoddy building standards that leads to so much damage. Pray for the children.

I think it bears noting in light of all the negative press that China has been getting recently, that China''s Premier, Wen Jiabao, is ALREADY here organizing emergency response efforts. Compare that to his American counterpart''s Katrina response times and then talk about Human Rights.
