Some see their womens'' dress as barbaric.

Others see it as protection for both; men''s *** drives and driven by visual sights being the key.

I have never studied Saudi culture, but most cultures do things for reasons they believe worthy. Certainly worth studying, if we agree with the philosophies or not.

Do I believe it is barbaric? Possibly. So is rape, and men do it because they feel they have a right to take what they want. Not my call. Fascinating to observe, however. There''s a lot of humanity that''s worth observing, that I will say.

Let''s say the Saudi empire became a democracy, and its people decided to keep things the same, womens'' dress and all... what then?

Lastly, 15 people of Saudi origin were involved in 9/11. This does not mean they were sent by the Saudi government. Was Tim McVeigh sent by Bill Clinton to blow up the Oklahoma building? Unless people have evidence, slandering the Saudi government like that isn''t very bright. My cousin''s daughter''s 4 watt night light is brighter!

To all College brain washed students. Your professors want you to believe that all cultures are the same. And that you can not make any kind of judgment concerning how moral or evil one country is.
Can you make any judgment here in SA ?
This is a country , even worse, that does not allow any other religion to be practiced. Or wearing the cross.
Many of its rich give money to terrorism causes.
This is why we have to become more energy independent of this anti Western, anti modern sick society, by using NUCLEAR ENERGY, Drilling in Alaska, Using more COAL, hybrid cars, colletive forced transportation of our American Workers to save fuel, limiting buying gas to only those holding jobs having high incomes on certain days due to importance, rest ride buses. We need to nationalize electicty companies, and shut off cable and Satellite transmission between 12 midnigt to save more energy, and raise rates after midnight, and more if WE ARE SERIOUS, as a progressive movement.

Official: 15 of 19 Sept. 11 hijackers were Saudi

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) %u2014 Saudi Arabia acknowledged for the first time that 15 of the Sept. 11 suicide hijackers were Saudi citizens, but said Wednesday that the oil-rich kingdom bears no responsibility for their actions.

Except for one small problem. It is your culture and religion that breeds hate for anyone not in line.

Why are we in Iraq again?
Why are we allies with these sick ba$tards?

LOL. And two "boys" holding hands at that. I have always wondered a bit about Bush''s orientation after that sweet photo shoot. Not that there is anything wrong with that... ;o)

Folks,
No matter how much you hate what the Dictators of the Saudi Arabia Kingdom are doing against democracy, liberty, freedom and human rights, we cannot remove them like Saddam. America cannot touch them.

America has a double standards policy regarding these matters.

These people are crazy and impetuous, with laws that are nebulous and difficult to define. Anyone could be accused of anything. Also, I can''t figure out how any Saudi woman gets anything done with those ridiculously hindering outfits! I mean they act like a big freakin'' sand storm is going to blow in at any moment. They need to take that *** off and put on some Levis so they can simply BREATHE and MOVE like a normal, healthy person!

Yes, the Saudi''s, Bush''s buddies, the most repressive regime in the world, and 11 of the 12 highjackers responsible for 9/11 were from this wonderful country. Iraq under Saddam was a bastion of freedom compared to Saudi Arabia, Bush''s buddies. (Remeber him strolling with the shiekh, holding his had.
