Can you not see the reflection of Jesus%u2019s face in His blood as he hung on the cross for you, saying out loud %u201Cit is finished!%u201D The payment for sin! Gods justice satisfied. This was His love for you! And no devil can stop it! At the cross Jesus took everything His father had to dish out on sin, our sin! This love can be applied to you no matter where you%u2019re at in your life period. This love is Holy blood that came down from heaven for you at the cross! And now you have the opportunity to experience it! The cross is the finish work of Jesus. God loves you! Come to him today! His power can save you! My prayer in tears is will you not call on Him. Jesus rose from the dead! He is listening to your response! For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved! The LORD in Heaven wants you to reach out to Him in faith! Jesus is alive! Waiting for you! To call on Him! To have a relationship with Him!

Not God sir. He doesn''t need cause. You look at things from a humanly point of view, failing to recognize God''s awesome power and infinity.

That''s why you continue to deny His eternal being.

Just as I expected, rather than sticking with your psuedo-logical argument, you have abandoned it and reverted back to your arrogant name-calling, indeed, even suggesting that you are god while I am a mere mortal who can only understand from a "humanly point of view." What a joke.

-Sir, name one instance in the post above that indicates name calling.
If you can point this out where this occurred you may have a stake to your claim sir.

You were called nothing sir. It appears you have lost it.

oh, rick, dear, no one doubts you have the capacity to reason, we are just sorry that you choose not to use the noggin you think god gave you. it''s not a new phenomonen at all, lots of people are emotionally and psychologically unable to let go of the dogma that was indoctrinated into them at a very young age. letting go requires a grieving process, I mean, my god, just look at all that you''ve invested into these silly beliefs! It''s quite understandable that learning the truth, much of which involves admitting that we don''t have all the answers, would be an earth-shattering event in your life. However, it''s truly liberating to let go of a stale, stagnant, and wrong-headed belief system that inhibits learning and growth, and it''s well worth that initial grieving that feels like you are losing a good friend or a reliable security blanket. Try it -- you''ll never go back to the silly ancient dogmas again!

Why is it that every time a religious nut invokes reason to prove the existence of god, he then jumps over to the irrational gibberish like that above when someone points out the holes in his argument? Could it be that religious people, like every one else, acknowledge that reason is their one and only true god? Could it also be that when it comes to trying to square reason with their fear of death and their fear of being forlorn, they have simply given up, instead preferring to simply proclaim that they can see the Emperor''s clothes, despite the fact that even a child can see that he is buck naked?

Every other religion says this is what you must do!
God says he has done it for you by his wisdom? His plan was to punish sin once and for all by providing his son at the cross to take our place. With the sin debt now paid for Jesus rose from the dead to prove this to us. Jesus is alive!

You Christians are delusional, and the ironic thing is (perhaps lucky for you), you will never ever know it.

I will give you an answer to "Is it your choice not to believe in the Bible? Yes or no." Since you want an answer.

No. I am simply too intelligent to believe it

-Romans 1:20-23:
20For since the creation of the world God''s invisible qualities%u2014his eternal power and divine nature%u2014have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
21For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

And you''re now claiming that it''s NOT your choice not to believe in the Bible? And you''re claiming to be intelligent?

Proverbs 21:24:

24 The proud and arrogant man-"Mocker" is his name; he behaves with overweening pride.

That argument collapses in upon itself, for if every effect must have a cause
