Christians Worldwide Mark Day To Commemorate Death Of Jesus Christ
- Well, I am certainly a primate, if that is what you are getting at.
You religious people, however, tend to believe that, although we hold over 98% of DNA in common with chimps, we are somehow "different" and go to "heaven" or "hell" depending on how we live our lives. Believe me when I say, I am much more intelligent than you. Arrogance might be my worse quality, but ignorance is certainly one of your worst. You can spout scientific figures all you want...you believe in hocus-pocus. - Reply to this comment

See, you are just a stupid f*cking monkey. - Reply to this comment
- religion is bought into by those who have little capacity for reason and common sense, thereby abandoning what little hope they have to improve their situation.

Do you ever do any research or just babble a political agenda that best suites to keep your stupidity from being known? You are a f*cking stupid monkey. Jesus wrote the bible or Romans? So it is westerners who were full of sh*t then and full of sh*t now. - Reply to this comment

- And I am the stupid one? With what brain cells does a corpse think? My intellect is far superior to yours - I am in the upper 2%, it has been tested. The dumber you are the more religious you tend to be.

The upper 2% of what? Flies on a baboon''s azz? If this was a test, you f*cking failed.
"I am in the upper 2%, it has been tested."
Only a f*cking total idiot would believe that. You are a stupid f*cking monkey. Have you seen the pictures from the outer layers of the atmosphere there genius? You really are on a giant ball going around an enormous star at a whopping 67,000 mph. Do you draw your line on reality before that? If you were smart and had that knowledge, you wouldn''t act like such a stupid ignorant monkey. Your test results are a total lie. You are a total f*cking idiot. - Reply to this comment
- jimfinster, Candide - I wish these people could derive their comfort from something real - like self-confidence or a passion for something in life.

True, similar to the way lottery tickets are purchased by those who are the most poor and can least afford them, religion is bought into by those who have little capacity for reason and common sense, thereby abandoning what little hope they have to improve their situation. - Reply to this comment

They believe because it comforts them. It has nothing to do with the factual basis of religion. Even a moderately intelligent person understands that the belief in supernatural is inherently illogical. - Reply to this comment
- Nicely put singindick. A bunch of hocus-pocus baloney is what it is. Cant believe how many people fall for this stuff - even if they have been indoctrinated.

- What dont you understand???? Jesus is the Son of God, he came here to save us from our sins and bring salvation onto us sinners. Thats right you are a sinner. Jesus is our redeemer.

First of all, the very notion that God has a son is absurd. What does that mean? God had intercourse with a human to produce a baby? It''s absolute nonsense. Jesus is half man, half god? Again, completely meaningless nonsense. Jesus either is god or is not god. The law of noncontradiction states that Jesus cannot be what he is and what he is not at the same time and in the same way. He''s not god, period. Moreover, the idea that Jesus can save me from my sins (whatever on earth that nonsensical statement means) is ridiculous. He can no more save me from my sins than my dog Rover can save me from my sins, and I defy you to prove otherwise. I swear some people drink the kool-aid when they are kids, and they never look back again. Too bad. - Reply to this comment

- BEFORE VOTING FOR THIS MAN know just who and what you are voting for... It is now time for Senator John McCain and his implementation of the John Boyden, Esq. plan to "disappear" the Navajo of Arizona, so as to profit from the sale of Coal under their land, to be brought to Justice for criminal violation of the United States own Human Rights Laws, in a pattern of behavior that mirrors that of NAZI GERMANY and it''''s Genocide of the Jews of Europe.. Along with him, officials of the Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs who arranged to embezzle the licensing money paid in by Peabody Western Coal, supposedly for use to help the Navajo, but embezzled anyway, along with officials of the Bureau of Land Management and Mines, who manipulate the wildlife rights of American Indians every year, so as to reduce their number, concentration and ability to prosper by living off the land. In the most BRAZEN coordinated effort of Genocide in History, corrupt public officials are literally murdering the Navajo of Arizona and converting their lives and their lands into instant personal gain, by selling them off under the table to mining industry and the Power Industry. In Arizona, John McCain claims there is a "Range War" going on in the Black Mesa. please go to this site and find out what mcshame is www.Acsa.net/cain2004.org

- That might be true, but my point is that, if you go by the Bible, Jesus was not a political activist.
Posted by avoice at 01:30 AM : Mar 22, 2008
If he did exist, which is questionable, he was a long haired, unemployed, peace activist.
Obviously, the American conservatives would have hated him. - Reply to this comment
- Think about how absurd it sounds: Some guy 2000 years ago was the son of God and died on the cross for our sins. And yet a couple billion people fall for it hook-line-and-sinker. Just pathetic.

That''s what YOU choose to believe, not what everyone else believes. I don''t deny that Jesus lived, but there''s a lot of mythology and fantasy that''s woven in with fact, and those things tend to get more outlandish with time.
Hey, did you see Mel Gibson''s movie? Wow, they beat the craaap out of him! Did you see that blood and flesh fly? Loved that whipping scene! Think any of the Roman soldiers ********* him or peed on him? They probably did that to lots of prisoners to humiliate them. Probably him too. - Reply to this comment
