Yeah newster tell me about it. I really would like to know why, in this day and age, people still look up to the pope and the catholic religion. There are many corrupt religions but I know first hand about the catholic religion because I was raised in it. I feel it is one of the worst.

Another church, in NYC sits on a $900 billion trust fund- ONE church- it consists of real estate, cash etc etc. Meanwhile theres people living in cardboard boxes in the park, whats wrong with that picture?

A friend of mine was married for 4 years in a physically abusive relationship. The marriage produced two children and ended in divorce. When the ex-husband wanted to marry another woman (Catholic) he was told he couldn''t until his first marriage was annulled for a fee of about $900. My friend refused to agree to annul the marriage mainly because of the children. Good for her...how can the church just decide that this marriage didn''t exist in the first place (even though it lasted 4 years and 2 children later) and then charge a fee to annul it!

As far as the 900+ posts go, if you read them all, you''ll find about 25% of are posted by freaky rick pushing his bibull, hald of the rest are from half a dozen others telling him basically GO AWAY!

Nine hundred and ten posts to this story and very few of them pertained to the article! I would think singinrick and his haters would have carpal tunnel by now from all the bickering.

Who does the Vatican think they are!? I was raised Catholic but got the heck as far away from it as soon as I turned 18.

When I was young Masses were said in Latin...those priests that dared to say one in English were strictly reprimanded. Now the church doesn''t allow the mass to be said in Latin without special permission or those priests will be stricly reprimanded!

Eating meat was forbidden on Fridays. If you accidentally ate a bite of meat and then realized it was a Friday...you had to stick your finger down your throat to vomit it up as soon as possible. Now Catholics can eat meat on Friday.

When we recieved communion the priest put it in our open mouth. We were told that if we ever touched the host with our hands or fingers that we would burn in hell for eternity and our fingers would rot off first. Now I see the Catholics pick up the host and put it in their mouth themselves.

I don''t understand how anyone can follow a religion that just changes the rules at whim from one extreme to the other...especially while setting fear of damnation in innocent little kids.

Yep, sure sign of an obsessive-compulsive unemployed, good find but his youtube page is even more of a laugh, especially the line he has there about atheists BLOCKING his emails to them LOL, he seems to be well known now up there as a forum PEST and the atheists and others blocked him, I added his sorry azz last night to MY youtube block just to ensure I dont get his bibull glop in MY email there.
