On what has Columbia spent the 5 billion bucks Bush ''donated''? Military Hardware? You bet!! If Columbia was serious about getting rid of the drug cartels, the cash would''ve been better spent in other ways.

Well timmy, I mean jimmy IF you read the STORY it says that colombia INVADED another country - Ecuador to kill this bad man that has been a leader of a BAD gang in colombia for MANY YEARS.

Sadly, the colombians are to STUPID (see previous post) to catch ANYBODY in colombia - even as the U.S.A. gives them BILLIONS and BILLIONS of DOLLARS to stupid colombia for this very reason.
