Liberalism:

An Ideological base that denounces the vision of the Holy Bible, the United States Constitution set forth by the founding fathers, coherent family traditions, hard work, national and global security, and common sense. The liberal foundation of family, guidelines, rules, hard work and regulations do not apply to their ideology where the vision of a stable and secure society is concerned.

To the liberal, there is no absolute good versus absolute evil. No absolute right or absolute wrong. There are only gray areas in between.

Liberals support their Utopia of a society where individuals should be allowed to do whatever they want without consequence, all the while supporting income redistribution and government intervention for dictatorial handouts to level their playing field. Rules and regulations do not apply. Whatever makes them feel good, well, then that should be ok not only for them, but for the society as a whole.

After discounting the Holy Bible, the Constitution, family traditions, hard work and the importance of national and global security, there is nothing left but their empty vision. A vision of self importance and reliance on government intervention due to their lack of intelligence, work ethics, or a combination of both.

The definition of Conservatism versus Liberalism where individualism and societies are concerned:


Conservatism:

An ideological base instilled in us by the principles set forth by the Holy Bible, the United States Constitution, family tradition, common sense, and hard work that guides individuals to set a foundation for themselves, their families, and others by abiding to certain rules, regulations and to support, strive and accomplish the vision of a stable and secure society instilled by those principles.

Conservatives believe in black and white truth, absolute wrong versus absolute right, absolute good versus absolute evil. We support the traditional foundations of the United States while recognizing the values of supporting the democratic base of the nation, and their allies abroad. National, as well as global security is recognized as being of the utmost importance for those stable societies to continue.

The heavenly father, a secure nation, the US Constitution, family values, hard work, recognizing truth versus untruth and common sense are all character traits of a good conservative.

Stop Dreaming. Obama will never do anything to oppose Israel or stop the arms or money. The reason why? Too many PACS and lobbyists that are pro Israel run our government. Presidents are mouth pieces, they have no real power without the say so and cooperation of their party and even better--the majority in Congress. The majority Rep or Dem in Congress is deep in the pocket of Israel and Jewish interests. Given that--Obama will do as he''s told and occasionally he get to champion some pet project--if not, he will be nullified like Carter and will end up doing nothing. Presidents do not run this country--better realize that, and stop looking for a one man salvation figure.

Singinrick, the world IS actually shades of grey---there are few absolutes and this is why people who ascribe to absolutes and tend to try to impose those rules on others, come across as monsters. I actually make no such accusation. I merely point out the stupidity in placing blame for Israeli actions on anyone except Israel. It is you that seem to see a sticking point in blame by focusing on the children--I only challenged your logic: you are the one that introduced children and vests and the rationale of placing Hamas tactics as the justification for Israeli retaliations. YOU tried to deflect blame from Israel in the first place, rick. The simple truth is--when Israel responds to the ineffectual attacks by Hamas with rockets, guns and bombs--then the resultant carnage is of their own doing.They had the guns, they shot them off, they must claim responsibility for the bodies.

Because the fact is, if Israel KNOWS Hamas is baiting them and that they will be blamed for the attacks they do in response--one has to wonder why they play so easily into Hamas''s hands? after all, if they don''t want to be called baby killers, pulling a trigger that kills babies and saying the "devil or Hamas made them do it" is not a viable or believable answer or excuse. Israel is doing the bombing, for whatever justification you feel they have--that is not a refutable point.
