- What the Israelis citizenry knows and the Bush neo-cons have yet to figure out is that there will never be a military resolution to terrorism. It makes the military industrial complex enormously wealthy. It allows politicians to prey upon the bigotry and fear of their constituents. But it will not result in a resolution. Unless the approach is 3-prong all you will have is permanent conflict. 1. Better the life of all potential recruits - given an alternative most opt for peace not war; 2. engage the poltical groups and countries supporting the terrorists - make it worth their while to drop their support; and finally 3. kill those that opt out of 1 and 2.
