"The international consensus that the recent National Intelligence Estimate on Iran was flat-out wrong, and that Iran is still a dangerous threat, is growing."

There is an even greater international consensus on Global Warming as being a far greater danger to the human race and the entire planet, than Iran could ever be.

Global Warming should be our Number One priority.

Bush is just looking for an excuse, any excuse to get into Iran and take us into another quagmire that would keep the war profiteers in money for the next 100 years. And/or give the oil companies control of their oil resources.

I refuse to sit here and support him in his madness. He counts on the American people being afraid.

Now what is the purpose of my sitting here shivering in my boots at the THOUGHT that Iran might develop one weapon?

If I was Iran, surrounded by people who had the bomb, I would want the bomb too.

What do I care if they set one off in Israel. My point is that the Middle East has been in a state of semi-war for decades; why not do something that will finish this once and for all, winner take all and deal with it.

Iran, as any state would, will do what is in their best interest. Whoever is elected will have to deal with them somehow, I wonder how it will turn out.

Iran would have to develop two or three nukes...one to blow up Israel, and one or two to defend themselves from others? They can''t just do it with one. How long would it take them to produce that many nukes? Even if that was their intent?

Right now, Iran has about five or six hundred ballistic missiles...if it was their intention to blow up israel...why not just lob a couple of hundred of those over there?

The other issue is that the US of A is sitting on megatons of nuclear (nukler, lol) weapons. We could wipe out Iran in one sweel foop! And our Idiot in Chief is just waiting for an excuse to do it! And Iran knows it! Not even to include the biological weapons we could use just to eliminate the people and not destroy the land.

Now what is the purpose of my sitting here shivering in my boots at the THOUGHT that Iran might develop one weapon?

America and the Russia, China, nor the rest of the world do not need to fear Irans Nooks

Posted by ToolMangler at 12:35 PM : Feb 23, 2008

Afternoon Tool,

IF Iran is making a bomb, I agree that Israel would be the one most likely to be on the receiving end of it. I was wondering about nuclear accidents and fall out like from Chernobyl.

I don''t care if Iran has a bomb or even used it, it''s just that it seems one week they are making a bomb and the next someone says that they are not.........which is it?

Ali Larijani, Iran''''s former nuclear negotiator, said that there was no justification for the Security Council''''s concern about Tehran''''s nuclear programme or further sanctions against it.

Yes sir, no need for "concern" here.

America and the Russia, China, nor the rest of the world do not need to fear Irans Nooks. The only nation that is in danger from them is ''Israel''. Iran will develope a nook and use it against Israel on the pretext that they only did what Israel would have done, ''But they did it first''. This will happen under the guise of "Its easier to apologize afterwardm than suffer the first bomb themselves". One or two bombs will totally wipe out Israel, where Iran can withstand many hits before being truly damaged beyond repair. Iran has only one country that they can effectively use a nook against. and that is Israel. I do not support Israel either, but I have to face facts.
