- 2002 treaty signed by the United States which treats child soldiers as victims rather than war criminals is being ignored.
I think they need a treaty that at least puts their own sky scrappers full of civilians off limits to US military attack, then worry about foreigners... baby steps now....baby steps. - Regardless, the boy was in a camp of terrorist and military action. As noted in al Qaeda documents children are being taught terrorist tactics. I guess Omar Khadr''s militant education was cut short, but not short enough. Sadly as seen in recent protests in Pakistan, he is just one of thousands of children taught to hate and kill in the name of a God, unmerciful.
