Guilty! This is like when OJ did the book on how he would have done it, if he did it. Sorry, but murder is a serious allegation and people don''t play with thoughts of how they MIGHT have done it, especially when they are a suspect. This fool knew that he might well find this guy as a witness against him someday and he still took the chance to tell him a story, because he was and is wrestling with a guilty conscience.

"MikefrMd,

Im not really defending him, and i didn''''t see anything about rape, it sounds more like it was consensual. He may be a jerk, but my point is he hooks up with a girl he does not really know. If she was doing coke that night and overdosed how is that his fault. sure he should have called the police but he was probably scared. In todays world anytime something like this happens everyone assumes the guy had something to do with it.- "

Don''t buy it.

He disposed of the body or should I say its more likely his father disposed of her body for a reason. He didn''t want the GHB being found or possible trauma to her body. If one does nothing wrong why dispose of the evidence, allow 2 completely innocent security gaurds get arrested, lie on numerous occasions to the police?

Remember the Greta interview where he stated that he had done this 20 times without issues?

And if you pass out and die during what he calls *** how can you be in a position to concent?

BTW where is your proof she ever did coke?

This is the first I have heard of it

Oh, my god, this nut took advantage of a girl who came from a historical racist state, so took advantage of her. I hope he gets what he deserves.

If his recorded comments are true, why in the world did he opt to dump her, possibly alive, instead of calling 911. If he had nothing to do with it he would not have been in trouble.

who in their right mind is going to make this up to impress a friend or a way-be friend? Maybe if he was in prison to act tough to keep from getting raped but nobody could be stupid enough to make incriminating remarks such as this just to impress someone! as Shania Twain Sings... "that don''t impress me much"!!!

but you also got to remember this is not the US legal system so who know if it can even be used in court???

nyckate

Buy it or not, fact is he said it. Fact is a judge will decide to admit it as evidence. As Ricky would say to Lucy, he has some splanin to do.

He was caught in more then one or two lies. I always thought she was a tease and it all want too far. I think he may have accidentally killed her during forced sexx or rough sexx. Up to this point he was the last one "known" to have seen her alive. Thats pretty dammingg.

If you have money and connections, you never have to suffer for anything you do. The rich can get away with murder.

Ted Kennedy is a good example of that.
