Doesnt matter. We have the right to take matters in our own hands if it directly affects us. (ie shooting at our navy/airforce pilots in the no-fly zones)

How long did you want that to go on, fake Marine?

Posted by poopusbuttus at 08:08 PM : Jan 09, 2008

The U.N. Charter, of which we are a signatory nation, says just the opposite. You might trying informing yourself for a change, read it.

Our forces were enforcing a U.N. No-Fly zone. Not an American No-Fly Zone, poopy.

The ceasfire was signed with the U.N. coalition forces, not with the U.S.

But tell me HUNGRY, why does the mission accomplished statement upset you so much?

Is it because we should have been out of there at that point just to leave the Iraqis with no military, no infrastructure, no govt and no police?

Or, does it upset you because you hate Bush?

Posted by poopusbuttus at 08:03 PM : Jan 09, 2008

Because when "Mission Accomplished" was hoisted, we had found no WMD''s.

We didn''t look for them, obviously, because we had only secured the country a few hours earlier. That was iron clad proof that the invasion of Iraq was NEVER about WMD''s - and that was the ONLY reason that Bush had got the war authorization vote from Congress.

If he had some other reason for going in, which he obviously did, then he should have had Congress vote on that other reason. He didn''t have Congress vote on "regime change" because he knew that he would never get the authorization.

Cracker? Perhaps that is a racial slur? Are you black fake Marine?

Posted by poopusbuttus at 08:04 PM : Jan 09, 2008

Nope. Irish and as white, referring to pigment only, as they come.

But your well demonstrated xenophobia makes me think you''''re a cracker nonetheless.

And you really do look like a fool continuing with that "fake" crapola after I posted my info.

Hmmmmm. Interesting. Havent heard many Irishmen referring to other whites as crackers. Well, it does reflect your intelligence level though.

At any rate, I wont call you a racial slur but I do think that you are a fake Marine.

No member nation ahs the right to individually enforce U.N. sanctions. Only the U.N. itself has that right.

The U.N. provided no such resolution for enforcement. Period.

Even after the first 6 months after the first Gulf War. But yet, we gave them 12 years.

How much longer should we have given them?

Posted by poopusbuttus at 08:01 PM : Jan 09, 2008

If you''re trying to justify the invasion on a unilateral right for the US to enforce U.N. sanctions poopy, you''re just setting yourself up for another hard fall.

No member nation ahs the right to individually enforce U.N. sanctions. Only the U.N. itself has that right.

I dont know...considering that poopy has no use for factual information as it is in direct conflict with his make-believe world and calls anyone who presents fact a clown, a pussssy, a fake, an idiot, or a moron, I''''ve alsway envisioned him as a pot-bellied, no teeth cracker, probably drinks Pabst, sitting in his trailer posting his drivel until the mailman brings him his monthly check from the government.

If we truly went into Iraq for WMD''''s, shouldn''''t we have at least LOOKED for them before declaring "Mission Accomplished"?

Mission accomplished was referred to slamming the Iraqi military for the 2nd time. Thats what it meant.

You can pump the NO WMD drum all you want. I agree that Bush was wrong to lead off with that argument but he did based on the intelligence he had. They same intelligence that he had from the 16 intelligence agency''''s that you support, fake Marine.

On top of that, intelligence agency''''s from the Brits, the Russians, the French and the Sauds all said the same thing.

Posted by poopusbuttus at 07:55 PM : Jan 09, 2008

HE WAS WRONG TO LEAD OFF WITH THAT ARGUMENT?!?!?!?!

ISN''T THAT WHAT THE WAR AUTHORIZATION VOTE WAS FOR?!?!?!

I submit that you have never seen combat, poopy, if you even served at all.

If you had, you would not be so cavalier about KIA''''s in an endeavor where the powers at be say "Ooops! We had no idea what we were talking about here."

KAT21 -- They dont want to believe it because it doesnt support their hatred for Bush. That''''''''s all there is to these clowns on here. Nothing more, nothing less....

Posted by poopusbuttus at 07:48 PM : Jan 09, 2008

On May 1, 2003 Bush stood in front of the "Mission Accomplished" banner on the aircraft carrier.

If we truly went into Iraq for WMD''s, shouldn''t we have at least LOOKED for them before declaring "Mission Accomplished"?
