This might be a good time to remember that the Bush regime reportedly has a history of supporting (former?) Taliban fighters in Pakistan, as they have performed terrorist bombings inside of Iran that have resulted in the deaths of, "at least 11 members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard"- the very same group that the Butcher of Crawford and his Conregessional collaborators have moved to label as "terrorists".
These Bush regime approved terrorist bombings inside of Iran, by U.S. backed (Taliban) fighters, are reportedly facilitated by the dead-brains of the CIA global terror network.
Big surprise.

- What are we going to do? Attack Iran! With WHAT? Battle weary troops? Take them out of Iraq to attack Iran? Then have the Iraqis attack the rear and have a two front war. We have two leaders - Bushit and Cheney who NEVER faught in a war trying to lead it. for Fu*k sake - at least Learn from Hitler since your trying to act like him. Terrorists and other criminals, foreign or domestic, have never had protection under our laws.
Our laws were simply used to determine whether or not someone was a terrorist or criminal.

I have no qualms about fighting the war on terror it is in the methodology that is used. If Bush had used maximium non nuclear force in Afghanistan and had cut off all possible routes of escape would we be having this conversation? No, because the jihadist would be cowering. - One of the dilemmas of incarceration without trial is in the treatment of the suspects. In Hopt vs Utah and other rulings the word citizen is never used the word accused is used and the Supreme Court states in these rulings that coercion to obtain a confession is illegal which every police officer, CIA agent is bound by law to uphold. The dilemma is in how to obtain information to protect the citizens of the US and abide by the law.

It is 61 degrees right now in Indiana on 1-8-08 that is highly unusual temperature and yes I know global warming. I normally dismiss conspiracy theorys on 9-11 and have done so in the past with ridicule however I did not know that Red''''s reasoning was the Anti-Christ which if one reads the bible and thinks about it, the anti- Christ could only be spawned by America.

Although I disagree with ST assessment on this incident as this is a normal naval operation in the straits and the Iranians were doing nothing but agitating our vessels. ST is a American who wants what is best for all Americans. He may see things differently than you but in the end he wants what is best in his view for America.
