I hate to jump in to an argument, but man, you need help and I can''t give it to you, because you''re wrong about everything in this whole war on terror, maybe even Shinseki. He underestimated what we needed to win in Iraq, but that''s a moot point. We''ve already lost a war we should never have waged, killed a million Iraqi civilians who had nothing against us, and made enemies of all the surviving relatives of those we''ve killed and maimed. Muslims believe an eye for an eye. What would you do to a person or country who killed a member of your family? I know the answer, because I know your type. You probably claim Christianity, but know as much about scripture as Paris Hilton, and would never forgive.
Do you think the Iraqis believe in our form of democracy now, when so many have died, when so much infrastructure that worked, like having clean water at the tap and electricity from a switch instead of a generator has been destroyed by our country? No way!
On the Afghan war, we should have at least put the 10th Mountain and a few Ranger regiments at the border to stop the Taliban and OBL at the border. But that would have never happened because of the chickenhawk neo-cons more interested in securing Israel by trying to change the whole Middle East into "democracies" or at least regimes friendly to Israel. We''re being run by traitors. I know you''re no traitor, so why support people who betrayed us (as in U.S.) to secure another country''s borders? - Reply to this comment
