I suspect that spammers/flooders like "PeaceProphet", "lars008", "screen_id", and others, ARE the site administrators, and this is why complaints of their abuse are ignored.- Reply to this comment
- I''m really surprised that the people of his own country put up with this nut(chavez).
He must still be able to tell enough lies and trick enough people to keep from getting booted. - Reply to this comment
- The current price of oil if maintained will have a negative impact on the world, to state that maintaining these prices will help the poor is a lie. These prices will be felt the hardest in the nations that are in the direst economic shape.

- The global instability got started in the 70''s, when despite the fact that Europe and Japan would apply import duties that made it impossible to sell our goods abroad, we started to import Japanese cars, without any regard for all of the American jobs that would be lost. I dare any of you, right or left, to look in your driveway and tell me you are not part of the problem. Screw all of you, now crying over the milk you continue to spill on a daily basis.

- Believing solely in partisanship was the "savior" and panacea for social/political/economic upheaval is like putting all your eggs into one basket, while hoping and praying the carrier doesn''t trip and fall.
Ron Paul is not the answer, however clever manipulator like the rest, you have to look at the entire picture not just "jigsaw pieces".
All politicians are basically "puppets" for corporate interest, which makes America a "Fascist" state, some here argue "free market enterprise", there is no pure capitalism only a "watered-down" version of neo-capitalism, which s-p-e-l-l-s FASCISM..
Someone mentioned self-determinism, the government is suppose to protect the interest of capitalists, but does that mean the government is suppose to provide a military "goon squad".
Do you think Americans are the only ones concern with self-determinism and self-interest?
So, where/when does "Social Darwinian" thought kick in?
This country has done more to sponsor military "goon squads" and guerrilla factions, than anchor peace missions.
Why do you think Chavez dislikes American polity, because the "power to be" authored a coup against him.
So, if you people can think "outside" the box enough to consider, if the roles had been reversed, now do you think the American people and the president would have flagrantly kind remarks for Chavez. - Reply to this comment
- I can''''''''t help but wonder if this is not the true goal of this poster.

- I disagree. The price is artificially low, as it does not reflect the inherent health and environmental costs associated with its rapid extraction/consumption.
