Could you please expand on Ron Paul''s plans for health care, social security, fair wages for the hard working, critical infrastructures such as roads, bridges, hospitals, ports, etc. and safety nets for those who, despite years of dedication and hard work, may suddenly find themselves in dire financial hardship, and perhaps even homeless?

A Republican party that no longer hides in secret.

A Republican party which desires the destruction of every protection for the middle class and poor that America has ever achieved.

No more public education, roads, health care, or any public infrastructure at all. Much less Constitutional civil liberties.

Just the rich and powerful subjugating and denying the weak and poor every possible freedom imaginable, even the freedom to drive a few miles down a privately owned road to a grocery store, now alleviated of competition because its the only grocery store within seventeen much more expensive toll roads in the area.

By monopolistic agreement with the others who own the roads of course.

Ah yes.

Let''s get even more evil. Let''s "elect" the likes of the heartless Ron Paul, whenever, and if, our current treasonous Republican Dictator Bush decides elections are necessary.

Is Ron Paul the antidote to Bush? Better consider Paul''s attitude to democratic government, first.

Paul boosters struggle to find his positive points, because Paul is basically a Bush Republican who never endorsed all the neocon globalist thinking and money driving Bush. By any standard, this is only damnation by faint praise.

And while Bush and Paul differ here and there on foreign affairs, their policies at home are much closer. Both are cheerleaders for lessez faire-- the policy that brought us everything from Enron to the still rampaging mortgage bust on Wall Street.

Both Paul and Bush follow the Grover Norquist view that government is the problem, not the solution. But like most Bush slogans, that doesn''t describe America or its problems.

For example, it was private sector incompetence, not governmentl health insurance which left America behind Cuba in infant mortality, which makes us pay 2.5 times more for healthcare than the EU, and with 47 million of us medically uninsured as "subprime" risks.

And it was a private, not public sector mortgage fiasco that dropped the DOW 250 points and left 650,000 Americans foreclosed out of their own homes.

Ron Paul, by his stated beliefs, endorses more of the same-- and America simply cannot afford another Bush.

Nice one. And Bush is ever so glad for that GD*&&#! piece of paper, no matter what he said about our Constitution in the past.

Under Pakistan''s parliamentary system, Musharaff cannot hold both posts, however important the army happens to be to his continued rule. So, it becomes a choice between rule of law and rule of the army. Dramatically emphasized by lawyers demonstrating in the streets-- an action which takes a certain amount of courage, considering the reputation of the Pakistani secret police.

BYW, I have spoken with at least one Pakistani who supported the original coup by Musharaff, however brazenly illegal, on the idea the general made the trains run on time.

So, it is clear even a lawless brigand can find supporters. Just look at our own country...

Why do you leave out the fact that Ron Paul also wants to do away with the department of education, social security, public health services, public transportation, and even public financing of all highways and freeways.

The heinous Dr. Ron Paul simply advocates lifting the false face off the brutal neocons, and displaying it proudly for all to see.

No more public anything. No more help for anyone, of any class. Just the good old fashioned subjugation of the weak and poor by the rich and powerful.

We already have hundreds of Ron Paul''s running our government today.

We need someone different.
