If we accept your point to be right then AL-QAIDA is also not a TERRORIST ORGANIZATION since they belive in killing AMERICANS CIVILIANS who give their TAX DOLLARS to the EUROPEAN IVNADERS in PALESTINE who were brought into PALESTINE after WWII to occupy the land of those PALESTINIANS by force, who had nothing to do with the actions of HITLER.
Japan was not a democratic country at the time of WWII but USA is a democratic country. Democracy means GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE.
