The World is a very complicated place. Each nation is unique and acts in its own best interest. The World needs to get back to the basics and take a fresh look at international relations, take a fresh look at the United Nations. A strong, credible, trustworthy United Nations is the key to the survival of nations and the Earth itself. The United Nations is not perfect but its the best thing the World has right now. Instead of writing the United Nations off and dismissing it, the World should make the United Nations better, improve it, destroy and rebuild it if necessary, but have it in the right context, with the right support, the right missions. No nation should take important matters into its own hands, no nation should operate outside of the framework of the International Community. Every nation should invest the proper time, energy and resources to make the United Nations what it was meant to be, what its suppose to be. Like it or not, a trusted, functioning, empowered United Nations is Earth''s only hope for survival.

.. We need to let Iraq know they are in charge of thier country & security not us.. They want to fight thier civil war, that''''s on them not us, but, we cannot keep providing them sketchy security. The longer we are there the more Al Queda grows & spreads to weaker countries.
.. I tend to go along with General Abazaid on how to fight terrorism,, but we have to start the debates & change our course now, a major occupation of Iraq is totally wrong & self-defeating.
.. Iraq, Isreal, Iran & the Saudi''''s all have to start recognizing the problems instead of fueling them & start working to solve the peace, end their rhetoric & threats --
