hypnotoad72:

Thanks for helping me make my point. To you , christianity is the only religion. but even chritians have different sects and different ways of worshiping. People who believe differently have the right to choose what they believe.

Also, the old testament is history to some christians and the new testament prevails.

God (if there is one) doesn't give a hoot about Bush or Castro, in fact, again, if a God does exist, probably rates these two on the lower end of His list of people who are going to walk through the proverbial Pearly Gates. Anyone that wears his or her religion or political convictions on their sleeve generally uses that profession of faith as a shield to hide sinister motives. Christians, Muslims, Communists YUK! Killing in the name of God - go figure.

They are both paper tigers.

So which God is up there, Castro's or Bush's?

Or Paris Hilton's.....

hypotoad on this blog:
"Geneius1 - food to think about, read some of the chapters of the Old Testament. God wanted people to obey His law."

hypnotoad on another blog:
"The good part of being a Democrat is that you can commit crimes, sell out your base, bomb foreigners, and rape women, and the Democratic faithful will still think you're the greatest."

Reading the bible to pick out chapter and verse to hit others over the head with, hypnotoad? Perhaps you should read it for yourself.

What's even funnier, is that liberals in the USA will actually believe this sh*t.

Your hatred is pretty ugly, processor2. Does it leave room for anything else?

Anyone who sends his country men and women to die for a lost cause based on deceptions and lies can only be the devil's disciple. No prize for guessing who the devil is!

Castro can point his finger at the released CIA records as proof of our evil intentions but at least we open our records after a period of time.
Castro seems to prefers the old Soviet method of sharing records, erase all text and images of undesirable people or events before making them public or don't make embarrassing documents pubic at all.

Geneius1 - food to think about, read some of the chapters of the Old Testament. God wanted people to obey His law.

God also sent Jesus, who was a bit softer when it came to compliance, but it was also Jesus who has been said His second coming may be a different story.

I live a bit of reading to do this weekend. :)

Doesn't Marxist-Leninist Communism hold that there is no God?

Of course, the CIA, the gang that couldn't shoot straight, and their mob/mafia collaborators, couldn't quite do away with Castro in the 70s, either. Maybe the man is protected by heavenly forces. Or at least he has a good bodyguard.

Bush's "god" is definitely not my God. He looks to his "god" to punish his adversarys. My God is a god of love, strength, and compassion.

Perhaps people can learn from what this president has done why we need separation of church and state or look at the nations who have religious rule. No one should have the right to impose their form of religion on the general populace or on other nations.

I thought government initiated assasinations were illegal. Where is the ACCOUNTABILITY. I thought God gave us a phrase "thou shalt not kill" to live by.

singinrick,

I don't want to deny you or anyone who believes as you do the right to your beliefs, but I reserve the right to reject them, without being accused of being un-american! God did not give America its freedoms, the writers of the constitution and bill of rights did that! Unless you think G.W. Bush is some kind of saint, how dare you say I don't have the right to criticize him! How dare you say he has not restricted our freedom and abused his power through pure arrogance! The biggest problem I have with some so called 'Christians' is their total hypocrisy! If you want to live in a country where dissent is not allowed, maybe Cuba will take you in!
