- The sad repetition of abandoning democratically elected governments continues.
We say the people must vote but when they do, and we don't like it, we do all we can to destroy their will thus creating more conflit and violence. - Reply to this comment

This is a heartbreaking and horrific documentary, which highlights some of the war crimes and atrocities committed by the Israelis against the Lebanese population, during that contemptable campaign, and also provides some context for the Israeli execution of 4 U.N. civilian observers during this conflict.

- CBSNEWS: 'The U.S. consul general in Jerusalem, Jacob Walles, met with Abbas at his headquarters in Ramallah on Saturday, and said the embargo is expected to be lifted once the new government is sworn in'.
-Crappoli-Crappola not to say bulllshiit! What legality this sworn in government could have. The winning party during the last elections was Hamas and that is the Palestinian's democratic choice where Fatah and Hamas were both lisited for election. Why in the world do we not accept this Hamas Government?
- Abbas appointed government would be illegitimate since not representing the will of the Palestinian people, it's a dictatorship representing the Israeli's and USA's interests.
- We have to understand that it's not the first attempt against democracy in the Middle-East by our Dovish Government represented by our proud King to be G.Walking-Liar Bush, Not to forget the appreciable collaboration of incompetent Turtle-Face Olmert The wizz of Ozz. - Reply to this comment

- Israeli war of aggression against Lebanon...interesting. And from an Jihadi apologist who claims those who disagree with him don't know the facts.
Here's a few facts.
One, Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982 to end terror attacks on Northern Israel and to SAVE the Christians of Lebanon, who were being decimated by the Syrians and PLO. Because of weak Christian leadership, the Israelis, and later our Marines had to withdraw - the Israelis for 18 years to a buffer zone in the South.
Two, When the Christians rose up against Syria and its Sh'ite Allies, Assad responded with a brutal invasion in October 1990, that led to the direct massacre of 2000 Christians including Lebanese leader Dany Chamoun and his entire family. Assad made sure all Christian militias were disarmed - and made sure Hizbullah was kept armed to the teeth.
Three, Ehud Barak, clueless idiot that he was and is, chose to betray the South Lebanese Army that had been valiantly fighting Hizbullah. Result, more kidnappings and murder of Israeli soldiers and civilians in the North. Last year's intervention was NOT an aggression but a move designed to stop further terrorist acts on the part of Hizbullah. Because current Israeli leadership, or lack leaves much to be desired, Hizbullah continues to oppress Lebanon's Christians and is an albatross - a Syrian-Iranian albatross around free Lebanon's neck.
You couldn't answer that in a million years, FeelJihadi boy. So stop your d&mn lies. - Reply to this comment
- radiob,
If 'both sides' would adhere to applicable U.N. Resolutions, and give up their illegal nukes, the majority of the problems in the region would vanish, in my opinion.
Unfortunately, 'one side' refuses to do this, because it does not mesh with their broader agenda. - Reply to this comment

It is odd that you and I can agree on one thing on this that is the Jewish leadership has not been angels, neither have the Palestinian leadership or the people. When 62% of the population of both want peace why continue to throw roadblocks in the way by supporting any policy that calls for the destruction of the other. - Reply to this comment
