An arms race is exactly what the Bushies want. More money for the defense contractors. Why do you think they pulled out of the START-II treaty and openly talked about developing AND using "tactical" nuclear weapons?

Unless this is a bluff tactics, we are better prepare to speake the indulgent, peaceful and diplomatic language. China just developed a newer generation of interception devices, when they hit the fast revolving weather satellite.

-Let's leave the warrying language to the Evangelical Rednecks, but never let them come to power in order to avoid such catastrophies as the one we were about to hit.

-A lesson to learn is as much as in nature, resitance to antibiotics, resistance to chemicals, resistance or adaptation to newer arms, is a blessing.

-We just need to develop a new strain of Humans who are looking for development without using armament. Use politics, diplomacy, peaceful intents toward other nations.

- United Nations keeps being the best tribune to resolve all nations dires, differences, with no exception... it only needs more executive power to elected representatives.

Oh great, another COLD WAR NUKE RACE. Open up all those old bomb shelters, and stock up on plenty of duct tape.
