This has to be a set up. How the F*ck and why the F*ck would a little air mattress boat with 15 sailors be approached by a large @SS Navel boat headed by Iran not be noticed by other British agents, sailors, etc??? It does not make sense. So the British sailors were in "Iraqi" waters searching for smugglers. That is a ccrappy lie. The British cant be that stupid and cannot expect the rest of the world to believe that.

I completely agree with the posts of newster1 @ 11:31am 3/25 & GeneRey @ 11:51am 3/25.
Many of you are aware of "false-flag" operations, which(to me) are basically the same thing as a type of "set up". In this case, something to give Bush & Cheney the appearances of a "justified" attack on Iran. I've read articles predicting Bush would order an attack on Iran in Spring 2007; one article stated an attack would occur in April 2007.
Many people in the cicles of the financial elite, in the oil companies & in the defense industry (& their construction contractors) benefitted from 9/11. The Bush/Cheney adm. has never planned for America's troops to leave the Mid-East; there was never an exit strategy.

No outrage here... Just an apologetic atmosphere. And that is apologetic for our enemies: not for us or our allies.

Once again, stop lying, they were in Iraqi waters according to the fishermen, HMS Cornwall, and the British government: they were in the right, and they surrenedered because they were outnumbered.

Again: please feign outrage at the ver least, libs!

lars008: you'll have to reference that... I don't recall anyone saying the search had beeen completed. I also don't recall any information put forward on the flag the ship was under....

The eight Royal Navy sailors and seven Royal Marines had just searched a merchant ship when they and their two inflatable boats were intercepted by Iranian vessels Friday at around 10:30 a.m. near the disputed Shatt al-Arab waterway, U.S. and British officials said. The Iranian vessels surrounded them and escorted them away at gunpoint.

themooniac,

Re: "Why is'nt anyone asking what was so important on that ship that the Iranians risked an international incident in order to prevent the vessel being searched????"

The soldiers were reportedly in between searches when they were captured.

Themooniac, Nobody is asking that (see quote below) because the Brits had completed their inspection of the ship (and found nothing) when they were arrested - Thanks for the big good night laugh.

"Why is'nt anyone asking what was so important on that ship that the Iranians risked an international incident in order to prevent the vessel being searched???? Any brainiacs thought about that....and what happened to that ship and it's cargo....

These British soldiers should be put on trial. Not one that allows secret evedence and information gathered through the use of torture, such as the Bush regime practices, now the kind of Keystone-Cop kangaroo court that Saddam was convicted and sentenced under, but a real court hearing that abides by the rule of law, and is dignified and fair.

The Iranians have a real opportunity here to teach the Bush regime a lesson in justice.

Here is my question, which I don't believe has been asked by anyone of this incident. Were the Iranians able to stop the search of that vessel such that any contraband aboard made it to it's final destination???? Has anyone thought of that???????

fascist nazi islamic muslims global jihad....

Islamic worldview and the reason why it becomes a calamity in the 21st century

The Islamic world view of converting the entire human species to Islam at the pain of death is not something novel. It has existed for 1400 years since this cult of death and destruction was founded by Mohammed-ibn-abdallah, the nefarious bandit and murderer in the 7th century in Mecca. What makes this world view a calamity is the fact that Muslim have started acquiring WMD capability off late. While all these centuries, they could carry on with their murder and mayhem only with swords from the 7th century up to the 16th century. So they could be defeated by those who could wield swords better and more so by those who in addition to this managed to recognize the mortal threat to all non-Islamic civilizations that Muslims represented. There have not been very many on this planet who could see through the murderous message of the Quran, that the Muslims robotically believe is the message from some god, to be divinely followed by placing their swords on the necks of all their defeated victims and giving them the choice Islam or death.

lars008 you said, Is Islam evil.. hey that is being racist,, you can only say that America is evil, then it is ok...
you are so righ in what you say, love reading it...
The reason that they dont have agriculture is because Allah didnt want it, his livelihood was totally dependent upon raids and plunder..see...
Allah does not like agriculture; He prefers jihad and plunder%u2026 (Sahih Bukhari, 3.39.514)

Sahih Bukhari, Volume iii, Book 39, Number 514:

Narrated Abu Umama al-Bahili:
I saw some agricultural equipments (sic) and said: "I heard the Prophet saying: "There is no house in which these equipment enters except that Allah will cause humiliation to enter it."

Commenting on the above hadith, Dr Muhammad Muhsin Khan, the translator of Sahih Bukhari writes:

This Hadith indicates that the profession of cultivation is often of oppressive humiliation especially under the feudal system. By indulging in this work, one may neglect Jihad in Allah%u2019s Cause and other important Allah%u2019s obligation.

The U.S. National Security Strategy of 2002 made it quite clear:

'If you have resources that U.S. corporations want, and you don't want to be tortured, raped, soddomized, plundered, and killed, you had better get a nuke.' (paraphrasing)

Even at that, we know that Iran is nowhere near having even one nuke, or any way to deliver one to the U.S. We don't even know if they are trying to develope one.
