I predicted this months ago, another Tonkin Bay "incident" that will cause the Bush regime to use as an "excuse" to invade like we did to Vietnam under false pretenses.

Google Tonkin Bay and read about THAT farce, history repeats itself and the Brits were in IRANIAN waters where they were not supposed to be and were seized just as WE seize ships and arrest people who invade OUR waters.

The Iranians have every right to seize ships and people in THEIR territory, just as we do. The lesson to be learned here is stay OUT of other country's territory unless invited or suffer the consequences.
I preduct Bush will begin his invasion in some form before summer, this was planned all along and is why he always refused to set a withdrawl timetable and ordered MORE troops to Iraq, he now has all the ships, equipment and troops to begin yet another war against yet another country under false pretenses while you dumb sheeple pay for it and support "the troops"

I love liberals. Here are the Iranians kidnapping British sailors (Brits: your countrymen. Americans: your allies), and you start defending Iran, or at the very least attacking Britain, and America. You people really need to be examined by a psychiatrist. Scratch that: psychiatristS. You people need to go to the pychyatric department of the University of Vienna (supposedly #1 pychiatric department in the world), and need to be examined by a team. But there may be no need; the explanation may simply be this, you're all traitors, and need to be shot!

Hmmmmm. Shrub might just get to go affter Iran after all -- albeit through the back door

Tony picks up the fight and Shrub supports him because of the alliance.

Maybe Iran had this planned all along...

It seems to me that Iranian are playing same game their counterpart Hezbollah played last year. They are encouraging United States and Great Britain to attack Iran and then return back from Iran humiliated, defeated and insulted the same way EUROPEAN INVADERS IN PALESTINE were forced to pull their troops out of Lebanon without getting their sodiers released from HEZBOLLAH's custody.

The real winner in this war is IRAN and the worst losers are UNITED STATES,ENGLAND and the EUROPEAN INVADERS IN PALESTINE.
Bush has done what nobody else could ever do.Bush, You the man.Neocons lead the way!

Hummm.

Maybe the British will do America's dirty work of starting war with Iran. Lord knows, Blair is little more than Dubya's puppet.

Yes and if the ship happened to be smuggling weapons or things to make IEDs or EFPs then what would you say about this "piracy"?

The words have been changed. The Brits stop and board ships, from soverign nations, on the high seas. They want to check and see if there is anything they want to conficate. Huh, 200 years ago that was called piracy.
