We'de better off sanctioning israel to give back the stolen lands to the their rightful owners, the Palestinians - then we'd have some peace- finally.

This is better than military confrontation, but I wouldn't rule out precision air strikes directed against Iranian military targets.

I wouldn't blame the U.S. for dithering on the visas: we have enough slime in the country already. (i.e.: liberal democrats!)
